Product did not arrive
Product did not arrive. Tracking info said dispatched but never arrived with courier. Customer services said that they had sent a replacement but I received no tracking information for this, and no delivery. So after almost 3 weeks after paying for next working day delivery, I requested a refund. My request for a refund was not granted and instead asked to wait for their query with the courier to be answered. This is still ongoing. I do not like leaving negative reviews but in this instance I have been left without my order and out of pocket.

I was looking for the best price for GHD platinum + straighteners to replace my existing ones, which were broken after 5 years of daily use. Adel professional offered the best price by at least £35, and also offered free delivery. I ordered my straighteners on a Sunday and received them on the Tuesday. The website was very easy to use and had no issues at all.
