It’s a very good app it controls your child’s spending and teaches them responsibility

Very good for teaching your children habits of saving, investing, and learning the value of a dollar. The allowance allocation tool is great, as are bite sized lessons. However, just like anything else in this world, the app won’t magically make your children billionaires or advanced traders by 7 years old, but with using your own knowledge of money with the acorns tool will help your children do better with money rather than big companies telling them credit cards are great & enroll in all of them or that student loans will be easily paid off once your making huge money out of college. Unless you’re in the select few you won’t be a millionaire out of college. All in all the App does what it claims to do and can only put blame on ourselves for not teaching our children the value of money properly. If you’re not the best with money maybe another trusted family member or friend can help out. Good luck!

Cool app I don’t want to type 10 words but review is making me do it

The app is really easy to use. It helps my 11 year old son keep track of the assigned tasks/chores for his allowance, how much money he has and can spend. It allows him to move funds to savings. If you have an investment account for your child with Acorns, you can link your accounts seamlessly. You can share a link for family to contribute to your child's accounts. I am very pleased.

Go Henry went into my bank account and tried to withdraw $16. If this is associated with acorns early then I didn’t give anyone permission to attach my account. I will find the acorns accounts when o have the money to do so. Do not touch my account again

Easy way to connect with your kids on money management

I dislike that it won't let you use the card but at selected places.

I just got it so I’ll come back after a month to post a review.

I like it's easy and this app actually motivates my son to want to do chores and other tasks to get money and to use a card and he enjoys that very much

Someone made unauthorized charges to my daughters account and Acorns was unhelpful in stopping the transactions or helping her recoup the money lost. Very difficult to transfer money out and cancel service.

Great I love the app and it shows kids how to save money

Would like a cheaper monthly payment to $4
