I would definitely recommend Accessories Warehouse to purchase goods from, I pre ordered a playstation 5 before xmas they kept me up to date with my order through email and where more than helpful answering many questions in which I ask them and I recieved my purchase on the date the said and got a tracking number as well will be definitely ordering from them again

I had my ps5 today very happy with the company due to no fault of theirs it was due b4 Xmas but they offered me a refund were I did not take as every company was in the same situation due to Sony but I would use this company again as they kept me up to date with every thing as soon as they had the information

I received a PS5 console today from AW. During a time of a pandemic a lot of distribution efforts by Sony and of course delivery company’s in general hindered the market at the end of the year to no fault of their (AW) own. But as soon as my console became available I was informed right away and delivery was next day too!

They were helpful regardless of my lost patience and that is admirable.

They replied to my messages on the same day most times and even on sundays too they would keep not just me, but all customers in the loop.

I recommend AW to anyone looking for any computer hardware and accessories. They are a trustworthy business and have a kindness I would like to see more of.

Quick and easy purchase. Received confirmation email about order and when it’s going to be delivered. Delivered quicker than stated.

AW was last website in the whole uk having Nintendo switch console in stock. I was a bit concerned at first but my console was delivered in two days and it’s working perfectly. The website has an option to pay with Klarna which makes the bigger orders easier to order and pay off!

Very fast and efficient. Bought it on Thursday evening and arrived on Saturday Morning. I sent them an email communication and not even an hour past, I had a reply back to my query. Will buy again and thank you for the support.

I ordered a Sony PS5 Headset before launch. Due to issues with supply chain, I had to wait some time for the item. The company have been very honest and open about the situation and kept people informed. They offered refunds if people didn’t want to wait. Considering the situation, I think that team handled it very well. I’ve now received the item, and I’m very happy with it. I will be I’m using this company again in the future

Ordered a dualsense charging station for ps5 from these in September and through no fault of theirs could not be dispatched on release day in November but they kept me well updated and even though it took 2 months after release date to arrive it did arrive and I can't fault the service or the professionalism shown throughout

Ordered TV screen cleaning solution from this company as a test before make a bigger purchase as I was unsure after the mixed reviews.

However I can say that from the moment of ordering I was assured and I had both Emails and text messages with order updates and even a follow up courtesy Email checking I received my order and that I was happy and if I would like to leave a review.

I placed an order on the 16th of December for a playstation 5 console , I had waited until the 17th of January to receive it but due to sony they didn't release any stock to this retailer.

After reading previous reviews I thought this website was a scam, I tried calling them but it would go to the answering machine as to why I thought the company is a scam.

I requested a refund just to see if this company is a scam or not and was given a refund confirmation, I can confirm that I've received my refund and this company is NOT a scam. ( order 2191 )

I will be buying games, laptops, mobile phones , and the playstation 5 with this company.

The service received via email is brilliant and extremely fast.

Once again sorry for accusing you of being a scam and thanks for the great service !!

This is the first time I’ve used Accessories Warehouse and to be honest I was a bit unsure if to purchase from them or not but I need not have worried. They said they would text and email me when my order was going to be dispatched and they were true to there word. I made an enquires online and within 5 minutes I got a reply with the answers to my questions. I will definitely use them again for any games because they are a lot cheaper than Amazon although you don’t get your order the next day I got mine within 5 days of submitting my order.

Quick and fast service, but I was charged twice for delivery, after an email to complain about the extra delivery charge, it has since been refunded. I couldn't ask for better service !
