1000% recommend
I am only using the ASK Jeremy ai platform for now but when I have the money I'd love to go all in. This has been amazingly helpful for me and I pretty much get replies to almost all my follow ups. It's also really helped me with evaluating the sales calls and knowing what to work on. The price is invaluable. I love that you get graded in all areas, and then graded on the subsections so you can clearly see what needs improvement and there's a training video link for everything too. It also means I can use my call ratings as proof of skill ;) And there were some minor tech issues as they platform was new but Alberto was exceptionally helpful and responsive and the team has made been changes and updates/ improvements in a very short space of time. I highly recommend this.
I was actually training with a different industry leader but there was no way for me to get feedback on my calls without doing the entire program which I couldn't afford and so this program has been amazing and just what I needed for the level that I am at.
Greatest investment ever…
Greatest investment I could've ever made. Any issues were resolved professionally, courteously and generously. Mark is an excellent coach, truly engaged in my success. He's patient but pushes me as needed which I thoroughly appreciate. This training is worth it's weight in gold and I will God-willing stay with 7th Level for a long time.
Great experience with them
Great experience with them. I heard about this program for years but never pulled the trigger. I’m glad I finally did and wish I did it sooner. It has returned on its value 10x the cost already and it’s only been a few months. Thanks drew for getting me over the line and into the program. You practiced what the preached and did your job well.
Thank you
Yes, it is on the higher end but everything that I learned in the four years was very very valuable. One thing I’ll say is you have to go in the mindset of you’re actually going to learn something because I messed up because I had other personal things going on but was worth it. Thank you, uncle Jeremy.
After 15 years as a professional in…
After 15 years as a professional in sales, I can confidently say that Jeremy Miner and the 7th Level training are on another level. I’ve been through many sales programs, but this approach completely changed the way I think about conversations with clients.
The biggest breakthrough for me was learning how to truly disarm the client and remove the pressure that often comes with traditional sales. The NEPQ approach teaches you how to ask better questions, create trust, and let the client come to their own conclusions instead of feeling pushed or persuaded.
This no-pressure approach has not only made my conversations more authentic, but it has also helped increase my closing rate because clients feel understood rather than sold. When people feel heard, they are more open, more comfortable, and more willing to move forward.
Jeremy Miner has built a training system that works for experienced professionals because it goes beyond scripts and tactics — it teaches the psychology behind buying decisions. For anyone serious about improving their sales performance, communication skills, and ability to build real client relationships, 7th Level is absolutely worth the investment.
A true game changer for my career.
Better sales conversations—without pressure
Seventh Level and Drew Smith have had a real impact on how I sell. NEPQ has reinforced how important it is to ask the right questions, at the right time, and in the right tone.
It leads to better sales conversations and better outcomes—without pushing people into a decision they do not truly stand behind. Instead, customers can discover for themselves what would genuinely help them move forward. That makes selling more effective and, frankly, far more enjoyable.
Solid training if you're the one actually on the calls
I run a marketing agency and I take most of our sales calls myself. I'd been getting by on stuff I picked up along the way, but I never really learned how to sell properly, so I signed up for 7th Level's NEPQ Fundamentals.
It's been good. The part that stuck with me is that it's not really about tactics or pushing someone to a yes. It's mostly about asking better questions and actually understanding where the person is before you start talking about what you do. Which sounds obvious until you hear yourself on a call and realize you weren't doing it.
I've been using it on calls already and I go in a lot calmer. I also catch myself now when I'm talking too much or trying to convince someone instead of just listening to what they need. That awareness alone was worth it.
It's not a quick fix though. There's a learning curve and you have to actually practice the material, not just watch it. But it's been worth the time so far.
If you're in an agency or anywhere you're the one taking the calls, worth a look.
Elevate your game with 7th Level NEPQ
I've spent the past 25 years going through sales training, which they estimate to be in the 5 Million Dollar range, and by far Jeremy Miner's 7th Level NEPQ Mastery is the best. You've got to apply what you learn, though, and rep it out until it sticks! Additionally, I had the esteemed pleasure of working with Brandon Metcalfe, and he has elevated my game with his strategic and challenging perspectives! You are the sum average of the 5 people you hang around the most and the folks at 7th Level will elevate your game!
Worth the Investment
I signed up for NEPQ's Inner Circle Spring, 2024. At the time I had been in the business for 12 years and didn't think I needed any sales training - then I fumbled three large deals and couldn't figure out why. What ultimately changed was I was making sure to ask the right questions (I always had, in a way) with the right tonality. I felt VERY out of my skin the first few months with NEPQ. But you can't switch your style right away - you have to incorporate it into your own (and I think that's where people go wrong w/ this). The end result? WAY LESS MENTAL STRESS dealing with clients. I never don't know what to say, or how to say it. Conversations are easier, trust gets built WAY faster, which shortens the sales cycle. I think anyone in sales or persuasion (lawyers, politicians, CEOs) would benefit from this training.
Life Changing - IF you actually do the work
Jeremy's Nuero-Emotional-Persuasion methodology for has been a complete game changer for me and my career.
I was a trained civil and structural engineer before changing to sales - I have no right to be good at sales or have any success at all. I put it all down to Jeremy and 7th Level. I have been a client for 3 years and have seen big year-over-year improvement in my sales results.
There is no sales framework out there that, when mastered, will allow you to prevent and handle objections seamlessly like this one. I have been through 5+ advanced trainings before this.
Apart from this, it has also help massively with my mindset and outlook on life. 7th Level always talks about your "Commitment to Mastery". That's how you show up every day.
So to master NEPQ, and master sales, you have to show up to your 1-1s, you have to show up to your coaching calls, you have to actually do the work.
You can't swipe your card and expect to be an expert the next day. That's when the work starts.
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I was lied to to sign up. I tried to get a resolution on the result. I was emailed by “Joseph” that he tried calling, of course no VM or a text or number to reach him.
I have been scammed out of $4500. Everyone at the company that will communicate “sorry, not my responsibility”.
I’m keeping the review short as I am furious. I’ve been struggling in sales and trusted the agent with the last of the money I had saved.
Run!! Do not look back! So not listen to any of this! The company representatives are con artists and liars.
Anyone can reach out to me and I can provide emails as the receipts as the kids say.
7th Level IC Review
I haven't been in 7th level for very long, but I am very happy with the coaching calls. I went straight to Inner Circle
I have had different sales trainings in the past and the way that the coaches structure the calls seems to be optimal for improvement.
I want to give a shout out to Coach Luke specifically as his roleplays and insight have set off a few lightbulbs in my head which changed everything.
$125,000 in commitments — services were not delivered as represented
I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before making a significant financial commitment to 7th Level.
Beginning in March 2026, I purchased a series of training and coaching programs from 7th Level. Over the following months, I was progressively sold additional services, ultimately resulting in approximately $125,000 in total financial commitments. I have paid approximately $54,000 to date.
My issue is not simply that I was unhappy with the coaching. During the later transactions, I was given specific representations regarding implementation for my business, including website development, VSL/video production, content creation, and marketing implementation. Those representations were material to my decision to continue making substantial financial commitments.
I repeatedly attempted to get this work completed. On July 13, Cory Crump told me in writing, “your website build is finished and your VSL copy is finished as well.” Two days later, he instead told me, “We will finish the website build by then.”
His team was also scheduled to travel to Denver to film content and a VSL. I rearranged my business operations and prepared for their arrival. On the scheduled day, Cory told me, “We are not in Denver yet Jacob will call you when we land brother,” and later said he would be “heading your way.” The production never occurred.
I eventually requested cancellation and a refund and began formally disputing the applicable financing obligations.
What has made this experience even more troubling is 7th Level’s response to my dispute. In its response, 7th Level acknowledged the additional services had been discussed, stating: “These additional services were not stated in his agreement as they were not guaranteed to be fulfilled.”
Their dispute response also falsely states that I attended 5 sessions with Mark Lenihan, 3 with Cory Crump, and “several” with JP Egan. I actually attended only 2 with Mark, 2 with Cory, and 1 with JP. They cannot produce legitimate records of my attendance at the additional sessions they claim occurred because those sessions did not occur.
I have retained extensive documentation of my experience, including contracts, emails, text messages, meeting transcripts, scheduling communications, and other records.
Based on my experience, my advice to anyone considering 7th Level is simple: do not rely on verbal assurances or representations about what will be provided later. Make sure every deliverable, service, timeline, and promise that influences your decision to purchase is explicitly written into the agreement before signing or financing anything.
Geez I wish I read the reviews first 😆
From an agency owner who’s invested thousands in training, I can tell you from the bottom of my heart, this is $5k ($5,246 specifically) for absolute garbage 😆 Don’t get me wrong, Jeremy is a legend for profiting off my desperation. And I suppose I learned maybe one thing that might actually help with my sales (spoiler: nothing you can’t find on his YT channel) 😅 But they don’t teach whats actually important unless you pay more, lol. And even then it looks like there’s still a few more upsells till you get to the good stuff. Gotta be “committed to mastery” 😆
I just wish I read these reviews before I bought… After being sold off pure emotion (which I do take responsibility for not thinking logically), I signed a contract, on the call, after making payment (cause why would I hold up the lovely closers time reading all the fine print?)… I sign it quickly while they’re telling me “don’t worry it’s just to protect you more than it’s to protect us” 😆. I requested the recording of my sales call (long before I even asked to cancel), but was ignored of course lol.
Little did I know I signed a “STRICT” no cancellation policy, even if you’re on a payment plan. I requested cancellation of my payment plan as soon as I went through all of the surface level information in the program that’s purely designed to get you to upsell into more garbage. But they ignored all my support tickets UNTIL AFTER I got charged again 😅 Of course, they got right to responding and explaining how I “signed a contract”, right after the payment went through.
They know their product is bad, hence the no cancellation policy and them ignoring my request for cancellation until after they charged me again. I’ve never had a bad experience buying courses until now… And even how they “handled” this with me is sad. “You signed a contract sorry” 😅 I’ll delete this review if they resolve this properly…
Disappointed by a Top 7th Level "Top" Representative
I wanted to resolve this privately before posting this review, but after multiple attempts over the past several months, I have been unable to obtain a fair resolution.
I engaged one of 7th Level's promoted top sales professionals for private mentoring outside of the 7th Level organisation. I chose to work with him because of his association with 7th Level and the reputation that comes with being presented as one of your leading sales professionals.
As an Australian looking to secure a flexible high-ticket sales role in the US, I made it very clear what I was looking for before enrolling. I was assured that US opportunities matching my criteria were available and that this was something the program could help me achieve. Those representations were the deciding factor in my decision to purchase.
After joining, it became apparent that this was not realistically possible in the way it had been represented to me. Had I been given an accurate understanding of this from the outset, I would never have engaged in the program.
My concern has never been whether coaching sessions took place or whether support was offered after I enrolled. My concern is that I made a significant purchasing decision based on representations that, in my experience, did not align with what was ultimately available.
When I raised these concerns, I requested that the issue be addressed directly and asked for a copy of the original sales call recording so the representations made during the sales process could be reviewed. That request was not fulfilled, and instead the focus remained on the coaching and support provided after I enrolled rather than the basis on which I made the decision to purchase.
While I understand this mentoring business operates independently of 7th Level, I believe individuals publicly promoted as leading representatives of your sales methodology should uphold the same standards of professionalism, transparency, and integrity that your brand represents. My experience has left me disappointed, not only with how this matter has been handled, but also with the lack of accountability for the representations made during the sales process.
I remain willing to resolve this matter directly and would gladly update this review if a fair resolution is reached.
Unprofessional practices.
Unprofessional practices.
These people are extremely nice while chasing after your money. Once received, they are totally different.
No show on Zoom call
Had a Zoom call scheduled and waited for 10 minutes for no one to show up. Not professional.
Unethical people
the training is legit, but it costs almost $20,000. They try to tell you how price is easy to maneuver around as you can get a loan by elective and forget about it. But if you cant afford this payment, do not, i repeat, do NOT let them manipulate you into getting a loan. You'll feel great in the moment until your loans sent to collections while they just made $20,000 just giving you recordings on an app called disco. not to mention Jeremy miner isn't even the trainer, its a bunch of rookies within 7th level, Jeremy is more so just a slogan they all chant. Overall, the training's decent, but is it worth 5 figures? absolutely not. at most such training is worth $400-$500. Tread very carefully when dealing with these folks.
7th level has helped me grow professionally and personally
7th Level is one of the best sales training companies I’ve come across, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their communication and sales skills.
I’ve been involved with 7th Level for a couple of years now through free workshops, lower-cost trainings, and some of the NEPQ training programs. By consistently applying what I’ve learned, I’ve slowly but steadily increased my sales month by month at work.
What’s been even more valuable is the personal growth. I’ve always been more shy and introverted, but the training has helped me become far more confident both professionally and in my personal life. I communicate better, listen differently, and feel much more comfortable in conversations overall.
I do plan to invest in more advanced programs in the future, but even the portal access and training I already have continue to provide a lot of value and learning.
Thank you to the 7th Level team. I truly appreciate everything I’ve learned so far and would absolutely recommend the training to others.
Rip off
Scammers. Promising you all sorts of results but didn’t have any impact on bottom line despite a staff member attending many of their calls. I ended up having to let that staff person go due to lack of sales. Don’t waste your money
