The application process was complicated but ultimately worth my time and effort to secure my loan.

Still haven’t received my loan and it’s going on 3 weeks. I’ve been approved so that’s not the problem. Impossible to get ahold of someone by phone and email gets checked once a week it seems.

Overall a great and easy experience, simply log in your information and wait for next steps/approval process.

Overall, it was average. I have had better experiences for personal loans.
1. Could never reach anyone by phone.
2. Funds were not deposited when I was told they would be. In fact, the fund arrived two days later. This was right at Christmas, so it was very inconvenient. Because of these two things, I began to worry I had been the victim of some sort of fraud.

This is my second loan. I often pay it off early. The process is fast and the customer service team responds to your email quickly.
