Since I‘ve ordered for my 7th or 8th time now I thought i leave a short message to thank for the great experience. My filaments always came in a couple of days and were nicely packaged. And everytime I had questions regarding my 3D-printer the seller always took his time to give me his advice. I only experienced positive experiences and I‘m definitely buying my next filament spool from him.
Been waiting for printer and filaments for 2 weeks, my countries courier sent me a notification that order should arrive on the 10th, it's the 14th and only thing the courier shows is that they don't have the package yet, no idea where said package is going. It also doesn't have my 3D printer, even though site says they have them in stock. I sent them a message asking about my order on the 9th but have heard nothing from them.
Edit: took ages, but got my order, printer was awful qc-wise, I thought that maybe getting replacement parts would be less of a pain, long story short, waited two weeks for contacting manufacturer, left a deserved review after they reminded me to review, magically they had the part in stock few hours after leaving the review, I got an email saying "your spare parts arrived today and will be sent to you tomorrow." This was sent to me on the 28th of august, it's currently 8th of september and according to DHL tracking they still haven't gotten the heatbreak... that naturally was in stock according to website for the whole 2 weeks I waited for "an answer from manufacturer" Order literally from anywhere else, aliexpress has cheap filaments and accurate delivery estimates.
