Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable.
I can’t comment on the actual service because it never happened — and that says a lot in itself. Communication was poor from the beginning. The job I needed wasn’t urgent, but it was important. They committed to coming last Thursday afternoon but didn’t show up and didn’t even bother to call.

Worse still, when I missed replying to a message for just 10 minutes, they immediately cancelled the appointment without any follow-up. Since then, I’ve tried calling every single day with no response.

If you’re too busy or not interested in the job, have the decency to inform people instead of wasting their time.

Totally unprofessional. Avoid if you value reliability.

I acknowledge that the initial appointment was canceled due to my delayed response of 10–15 minutes. However, I have made multiple efforts to follow up since then, including daily calls and messages. I have not received any response from you. I am happy to provide full screenshots of our text message history if needed.

Fabulous response, job done within 3 hours of enquiring. Jalopy VW Golf key wouldn't turn in the ignition. Part swapped, same key remains in use. Cant fault the service at all

Absolutely amazing!! Gary replaced my Range Rover key after I washed my old one. Same day visit and good communication, I liked the tracker to see his progress. Highly recommend, but I don’t recommend washing car keys 😅

Fast message response time and even come out same day as it was an emergency.

Could not fault his service, he fixed my faulty ignition barrel and fixed my key..

My toddler decided to hide my keys and I needed to be mobile.. he got me into the car and fixed my broken car key and explained he would come back to give me a new key when he had done research

I dropped my car key and it wouldn’t work after putting back together. I called my insurance who wouldn’t help. Garry asked for a photo of my car key and was quick to tell me the issue over the phone. I explained to Garry I have chemotherapy tomorrow and he honestly don’t understand how much he has just helped me. Thank you again.

Lack of quick response , said he would quote don’t hear anything back. Waste of my time. Why advertise if you don’t want to do the work.

My son lost his keys including his van keys messaged Garry and he responded within minutes on a Sunday! He came out quickly and sorted the problem in the pouring rain... new key and my son is back on the road. All done very professionally and quickly alot cheaper than other quotes I'd recommend Garry to everyone what a lovely guy 🥰

This company are really excellent. Son locked keys in car boot at his football club and we arranged a time for them to come out the next day. Arrived early, and kept us informed via WhatsApp from the time we contacted him until he arrived. No problems accessing the boot and also cut spare key. The price charged was very fair and I would highly recommend that you try them out if you have any auto key or lock issues. Really nice, knowledgeable, friendly, professional guy who completed the work.

Gary was recommended to me by the RAC. Gary arrived exactly when he said he would and rung me before to let me know he was on his way. Gary knows his stuff, replaced the car key casing & battery at a very reasonable cost and only took about 10 minutes. Gary is professional and friendly and I would highly recommend.

I rang this company, and due to my own fault they saved me from spending £300 on a new key 🔑 car replacement when the fault was the battery itself.

Couldn’t believe how quickly Gary came and fixed a faulty Nissan ignition barrel problem and got my flat battery started! Car back in action within a couple of hours of finding him - can’t recommend enough. Thank you!
