I called AO this morning to use their advertised Price Match Guarantee for a Samsung tumble dryer. The adviser found the identical model themselves on another UK retailer’s website for £650 and confirmed it was available, but after around 20 minutes on the phone I was told AO would not match it because the retailer has fewer than 3,000 Trustpilot reviews. I have checked AO’s published Price Match Guarantee and cannot find any requirement for a competing retailer to have a minimum number of Trustpilot reviews. I repeatedly explained during the call that I am currently unwell with a temperature, so spending 20 minutes going through the checks only to be declined because of an apparently unpublished condition was particularly frustrating. I’m an existing AO member and wanted to buy the appliance from AO. I would appreciate someone reviewing this and either honouring the £650 price match or showing me where the 3,000-review requirement is stated in the published terms. Please contact me in writing rather than asking me to telephone again.

If your reading this its probably to late. Avoid this company, absolutely atrocious. Hounded every afternoon by call center to renew our contract over a year away. We wanted no renewal, we are leaving. Yesterday a rude insulting person phoned to tell us he had auto renewed our contract and good luck trying to get out of it. British gas have replied to our emails by saying we agreed it and the contact stands, not even a cooling off period. This is British Gas, how did end up being this disaster of a company. The fight goes on to remove this company from our life!

We have been riding at BPW for 5 years and have had season passes for the last 4. I am constantly amazed at just how good this trail centre is. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the trails are well maintained and the facilities are perfect for riders of any age and skill level. The one moan I had was that the season passes used to run from Jan to Dec but now they are 12 months rolling. Perfect 👌

The Application has been great for helping with opportunitys to get seen. the content it has helped me with for my social media has been great, plus it handles the scheduling.. Also sends conversations to my inbox every day that are related to what i do. They are actionable and relative. Thanks for the great experience i will be reccomending you to people for sure.

I ordered a single shirt as a gift. It arrived quickly, which was good. I thought the packaging inside was poor for such an expensive item. It was in a plastic bag and that was it. It hardly looks like a gift but any old t shirt. You may be able to buy gift packaging, I do not know but at those prices it should be standard.

I run an adult webmaster forum & blog. I do not host any pornographic or explicit content. I do not host quick rich scheme. Yet Emailit refused to serve while I paid a LTD. I do not recommend. This is not a business service, this is one person decided who can and cannot use its service, even though you already paid.
