I cannot recommend Leigh and Andrea highly enough. From the very beginning, they were professional, efficient and, importantly, incredibly empathetic. They arranged a meeting with me early on and took the time to explain everything clearly at a point when I felt completely out of my depth. I was pregnant during much of the investigation and had recently given birth when the case was progressing, so it was an exceptionally stressful period for me personally. Their expertise was evident in the way they prepared and handled my response. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and was in very capable hands. After a long investigation, my case was ultimately closed with no further action. I am enormously grateful to Leigh and Andrea for their hard work, professionalism and genuine kindness throughout what was a very difficult time. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have bought concert tickets many times before and do not like your delivery arrangement as the tickets were always delivered to me in the very last minute. For instance this time, my tickets were bought for Sep 12 (Sat) but I did not receive the tickets until Sep 11 afternoon. If anything went wrong for the delivery, I would not be able to do anything or re-order new tickets and would have missed the concert with big disappointment. In fact, I have sold concert tickets via Viagogo before and I had sent my tickets to the buyer one month before the concert date so I do not understand why I always received my purchased tickets until the very last minute especially these tickets should have been made available a long time ago through public sale. I really hope that you can improve your tickets delivery date well ahead of the event as I may still buy concert tickets from your platform in the future. Thank you.

Booked a hotel room in Sweden and paid Booking.com Received booking confirmation by email, all the usual booking details such as Confirmation Number, PIN code and check-in number, both by email and in the App; also payment confirmation. However, when I got to the hotel they knew nothing about it and so I had to pay again. They weren't bluffing, I had a second booking at the same hotel a few days later and that was properly registered on their system. Contacted Booking.com expecting a refund but they refused. The best they could do was give me a European telephone number to call but with no details of who, why or what to say. That was the last I heard. Basically Booking.com have kept my money but not provided the contracted service. Suggest other customers proceed with caution. Now trying to reclaim my money back through other channels such as the bank and complaints to ABTA or similar.

Incredibly frustrating ordering process and deceptive shipping times. Finalizing an order on this website is an absolute nightmare. The checkout process is completely broken, clunky, and unnecessarily difficult to complete. However, the worst part comes after you manage to place the order.There is zero upfront transparency about where these items are actually coming from. It turns out the products are shipped directly from China to the USA, taking well over 4 weeks to arrive. If I wanted to wait a month for dropshipped items, I would have ordered elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Highly disappointed with both the user experience and the deceptive shipping timeline. Avoid.

My experience with LIVALL has been extremely frustrating. The customer service is horrible—responses are consistently slow, and getting help in a reasonable amount of time is extremely difficult. The return process has been a long and unnecessarily difficult journey. Communication is poor, and resolving a simple return issue takes far more effort than it should. As for the Pikaboost 2, I also found the product disappointing. It does not perform or work as described in my experience, and I found it difficult and frustrating to use. Overall, both the product and the customer service fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend LIVALL based on my experience.

We recently had a family photoshoot in April and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our female photographer was especially gentle and patient with our baby, doing a great job of keeping the baby distracted and comfortable during the photoshoot. We were also really pleased with the great selection of photographs we received afterwards. The pictures turned out beautifully and captured some lovely family memories. I would highly recommend this photography company to any family looking for professional and memorable photographs. Excellent service and very friendly staff!

I bought the all in one carry but on receipt of same I knew it was too big for the airlines I used. I contacted Customer Services who promised to help me return the product in exchange for a smaller model. However the return instructions/label have not arrived. Despite emails and messages I cannot get any satisfaction from the company. Due to the bad Customer Service, and negative reviews, I have now requested to return the original bag and obtain a refund. No exchange . Can anyone help me further to obtain this refund please? Any help.would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Had a lovely first time experience at Pets Corner inside Harlestone garden centre. From the second I entered I was made to feel very welcome. I made my purchase and left. Unfortunately the collar did not fit. I returned the next day where I was greeted in the same happy manor. The young lady Gracie was so helpful, very professional and did her upmost to accommodate me. I left feeling very satisfied and because of that, this will now be my favourite doggie place to shop! Keep up the good work guys 🥰

I have just been through a very frustrating, slow and difficult process of attempting to obtain a refund for an unredeemed voucher. Customer service repeatedly ignored my request for a refund, focusing instead on another issue I raised in my emails. It took 7 days and 9 emails to finally obtain agreement for a refund. The standard of customer service was poor and fraught with delays. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend it to others.

After a while all characters fell into the same pattern and conversation started to be mechanical. GoLovAI.com feels classier and more human-like with more natural-sounding conversations. I had a whole lot of conversations on Kindroid but all of them started to feel 100% robotic at some point and sometimes extremely buggy. If you're looking for a tool for companionship Kindroid is not the best option regardless the paid or free subscription.

Prior to shipping my goods which had been received into the US warehouse, I asked Joyce to verify the commodity codes so that I would pay the right import duty. Joyce, was prompt and efficient, and determined a change was indeed required. The change was made and was able to ship my purchase. Joyce was very pleasant and helped make the whole process, frictionless. A great customer experience. Thank you Joyce.

Just had an engineer visit (Steve), to unblock our main drain before it goes into the street… After a bit of detective work, checking other houses in the street etc, he deduced that the problem is in the main sewer as 6 houses in a row were all backed up. So I am about to call Anglian Water to get them to solve the problem. I was also not charged. Great service 👍🏼

Main thing for me was watching stories without being seen. This works идеально. No trace, no name, nothing. Exactly what I wanted. I tested it on a couple accounts and every time it stayed fully anonymous, which gave me confidence to keep using it. It’s honestly one of the few features that actually works exactly as described without surprises.

This is a scam. I ordered my birth certificate, and after a week, I still had not received it in the mail. I'm not quite sure how this website is still up and running, but it is for sure a scam. I also paid a very large fee to get it the quickest I could. I will never order here again; I should've done more research, but it seemed trustworthy.

I am so happy with my Aipas M1 Max bike! I just turned 65 and loved e bikes. My husband bought this for my birthday! I did all of the research (talked to employees, researched the companies, read reviews, etc.) before he paid for it and Aipas is the best! I am so excited to ride my bike every day I can...I LOVE IT!!!

Just had a great shopping experience at Canadian Tire on Coventry Road in Ottawa, Ontario. Erin, the manager, solved an issue for me quickly and effectively.
