Website is great

Website is great. They have an amazing variety of wallpapers available and also at cheaper price than other websites. They sell matching paint colors as well so you can buy the whole package. Ordering was simple and delivery very fast.

Longer delivery time than noted

Wallpaper was shown as in stock on the website, the reason why I ordered it. However I received an email that it needed to be ordered and would arrive in a few days. I asked if they could already send the wallpaper and they replied they would send it but they did not. Now 3 weeks later still not received anything. Customer service not very helpful

Order 317741- I paid for a speed delivery

Order 317741- I paid for a speed delivery, and was assured on 01.12 that my order will be sent on that day. It is 03.12 and customer service told me my package will be delayed. So far no shipment was sent, I am very disappointed and I want money back for speed delivery. What a joke of a company!

Where is my order?

After paying for express delivery I have not only not received my product (meant to be shipped with 2-3 working days). I ordered wallpaper from Photowall company the exact same day and have already received my order and that came from Sweden to Ireland in 5 days (Fri- Wed). Where is my order? It's been over a week and counting now and not even shipped yet. Refund me my express delivery fee immediately. Elisa Brown - 1063701-03 (2 rolls) order number 309424

Update as of 25/10/25 - 3 weeks later no refund of express shipping and no wallpaper.

I requested a specific batch of the wallpaper but received a different one. The issue is not solved yet.

From reading the other reviews it seems…

From reading the other reviews it seems to always be the same experience as I had .. they do not have the product in stock even though you pay for express delivery . When you complain they eventually offer to refund the shipping .. I imagine like myself you order express delivery because you need the items and refunding shipping and having to wait or reorder is not good enough . With my order I paid express and had to wait for it to come into stock ( this was my second order with them as had to cancel first due to unavailable shipping date) once it was in stock I thought ok so one to two days delivery !! They sent it standard post and waited another week ! How frustrating.. customer service again offered to return shipping cost but this was not the point !! I would not use again !!

Hoi! Bedankt dat je je ervaring met ons deelt – en dat je ons zelfs twee keer een kans hebt gegeven. Het spijt ons echt wat je hebt meegemaakt. Betalen voor expresverzending en toch moeten wachten, eerst op voorraad en daarna nog op een standaardlevering, is niet acceptabel. We begrijpen volledig dat een terugbetaling van de verzendkosten het probleem niet oplost wanneer je de producten juist snel nodig had.

Er zijn twee dingen misgegaan in jouw geval:

Onze voorraadinformatie en de communicatie over de beschikbaarheid, en

Dat je bestelling als standaardverzending is verstuurd ondanks dat je expresverzending had gekozen en betaald.

Hiervoor bieden we onze oprechte excuses aan en we willen dit graag voor je rechtzetten. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice met je ordernummer, zodat we kunnen verzekeren dat de verzendkosten correct worden afgehandeld en we een passende compensatie kunnen aanbieden die beter aansluit bij het ongemak dat je hebt gehad. Als je ons nog een kans geeft, beloven we je levering extra nauwlettend op te volgen.

Nogmaals bedankt voor je feedback – die helpt ons om beter te worden.

Very unreliable, don't buy from this company!

On 25 January I ordered 7 samples of wallpaper. I've got UPS notification that my order is scheduled for 29 January however the UPS hadn't received the package from the company. I wrote them on 1 February and customer service answered me that it takes 2-4 business days to get samples in stock. It was supposed to be sent early next week. However, next week they also didn't send me the samples. So i wrote them again on 7 February when are they planning to send it and I got the answer that there was an error in the process and they will send it on Monday. On Monday I didn't get any message or tracking link again so I wrote them on Tuesday and they GUARANTEED that it would be sent on Wednesday (12 Ferbuary) - still nothing. The most irritating thing is that they are lying to me cause they clearly don't have the samples! The company that sells wallpapers online and doesn't have any samples to provide to the customer - it is an absurd!

Don't order. Seems like scam!

Ordered samples of wallpaper. Paid for a delivery 2-3 working days. 4 working days later the UPS link says that they did not receive the parcel yet. This is worthless. You pay extra, but service is not extra.
Reading the answers on other unhappy reviews does not convince me to order more on this website. If all goes well, OK. But if you have an issue they don;t seem very helpful.
When I sent an email to the email address they provided in their confirmation mail, I get an email back that this email address does not exist.

Overally very good experience!

Overally very good experience!
I placed my order on monday afternoon, and it arrived in Poland on Friday the same week, which I consider a fast delivery. The package came in good condition and the wallpapers all wrapped in the original plastic, so nice and safe :) I bought 4 rolls from the outlet and I got them all with the same batch number, so I can be sure they are the same colour.

The only downside I can think of, is the fact that after placing the order and completing the payment, I did not receive an automatic mail confirmation. I deciced to ask via email and I got the answer the next day (in less than 24hrs). But from then on, I received all the emails from Wallpassion as well as UPS, and the order came in predicted time.

Would recommend!

Ordered more than a week ago

Ordered more than a week ago. Chose for home delivery. But when I open UPS app it says it will be delivered at a pick up point but this webshop soes normt deliver there. I had to call UPS and give our home address again. Then it will take 5 more days to arrive. I still don’t have my wallpaper…
