Great shipping communication and concise delivery

I haven't had a chance to use the product because the project is in the distant future, however, the communication about the shipment and an actual email re: a slight chance was really appreciated. I would say it was timely and choosing updated delivery options that were more convenient was easy!

No notification about wallpaper being…

No notification about wallpaper being out of stock till I phoned to see why wallpaper wasn’t delivered in time scale that I paid extra for, not being able to speak to anyone, from time I ordered wallpaper for a client 8/4/26 till delivery 22/4/26 is a long time to be telling client I was waiting for delivery, very poor and with all my loyal clients I will be telling them to stay away, very poor service and all round!!!!!!

Will use company again but will go with standard delivery

I ordered wallpapers worth nearly 600 euros from this place on the 26th of October, and am still waiting for them to arrive.

I tried to contact them by email but no direct replies whatsoever.
