Very pleasant and always a comfortable experience. Very thoughtful and provide lots of information for before, during and after care.

Hannah was lovely. She explained everything to me and had good tips how to deal with my skin. The consultation with her was a pleasure.

Welcoming, professional staff, very friendly.

I had a skin tag removed from my eyelid; the local anaesthetic only numbed the area required and was nothing like at the dentist. There was a little swelling and bruising, but within a week no one would have ever known I had had anything done. I had a follow up call a week later and sent pictures for my file. The staff at the centre were very professional and looked after me well and supplied plenty of coffee and biscuits!

The only niggle was that when I got home from the treatment I had several emails in my inbox which I should have received before attending for treatment, but they appeared to have been sent an hour after my appointment.

Dr Aya, listens and she makes safe and considered treatment plans. She is informative, kind and very knowledgeable

Had a cyst that had been bothering me for a year removed! The staff were amazing and reassured about the procedure. The lovely Debbie and Suzanne were very informative about the care I should take after the treatment and had a we had a great chat during that helped me feel at ease. It was painless and pleasant!

Lisa on the front desk was great company while I waited the treatment and gave me a great bag of brochures for my partner who is also considering treatment here. A plus place!

Claire at SKN Liverpool was excellent.
Claire had called me prior to the appointment to ask any questions I had before attending.
On the day Claire met me in the waiting area, took me to my room, asked me questions and explained how the procedure works. I had some test patches for laser done today. Claire was brilliant in that she explained what would happen before it happen and then kept me updated throughout the process without me having to ask. "You will feel x when I do x", she provided a countdown so I was ready. Claire made me feel relaxed and comfortable that I was in professional hands. Claire was friendly and also respectful, offering me privacy where appropriate. She also gave me some advice regarding another issue. Thank you Claire, keep up the good work. I also met Kate at the reception desk when making a purchase and she reminded me of some advice she provided last time. Thank you both, excellent team and I look forward to my next treatment.

Hi everyone. I visited Sk:n Clinic in Brighton recently for a consultation regarding skin tag removal. Aine Oshea and Claire P were absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Aine managed to play my favourite song of all times as well. Dr Sboukis talked me through the procedure / treatment and all was done within an hour. He was just brilliant. It was painless and I felt instantly better and more handsome than ever before. I have been visiting Snowberry Clinic since 2012. I had to relocate to a different area of the country 10 years ago. I have always adhered to using this company. The professionalism, efficiency, care and support have been fantastic. I have recently returned to Snowberry for some treatment. I experienced some work with Suzanne. She seemed a great ambassador for the work she carried out. Lisa (Practice Manager) I have known for many years. She should be congratulated on the efficiency and professional stance in running the clinic. Lisa and all the staff over the years have been so welcoming and accomodating.

I visited with my partner for a consultation earlier today for removal of a cyst.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which was reassuring. They really couldn’t have been more helpful.
The treatment was considerably more than published on the website so only consider this as a guide. We’re going ahead with the treatment as we felt reassured by the whole team.

Always a good service. On time, informative and friendly.

Did 2 procedures on me filler cheeks and botox 3 areas with 0 results .
I am shocked that anyone in such a clinic can decieve so much .
Its been 3 weeks but there are zero results just the added pain ,time waste and effort with her .

If you see her forehead its heavily botoxed ..it seems she uses customer products that are paid for on herself !
And cheats badly
She was unprofessional and DANGEROUS several times with me ...

She said its painful because she inject into bones.
Nowhere in world are cosmetic injections injected in the bones specialised in Dermatology so I know
Injecting into bones can cause facial fractures!!!!
She left my face bleeding with not just simple bruising

She uses open vials used by other customers and is dishonest. It is clear she is using the money I paid for the procedure on her own face i could see.she does not send me after care emails though she said she sent it .she lies repeatedly

Told me to change time of appointment that was booked .kept calling for that after I requested her to email me .she called 6 times a day when I was at work .though I requested her to communicate via email as i am too busy to answer calls she simply did NOT .
I had to call the headoffice several times in lunch break to ask what time she wants .

She repeated this practice every time an appointment was booked.

I WASTED my time on going so far to a so called" reputed "clinic

They only have one nurse practitioner.
When i complained about her her manager Mr Cameron was extremely rude and told me not to come back several times though i already stated in emails i will not be coming back
When i told him gently that i have said in emails that i am not coming back he snapped at me and said Don't be rude .

Thankfully I got a refund finally after huge effort and complaining
But as busy as i am ,i wasted enough time in
Going to her .
Don't trust this clinic ...they took me for a ride

They are a team of extremely rude unprofessional people who cheat you
