Good customer service

I was able to find the wallpaper I needed/wanted. There was a delay due to supplier, the customer service was kind and helpful❤️

This is the worst online shopping…

This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Ordered on December 27 with UPS Express delivery (Kotiinkuljetus UPS Express -palvelulla) , UPS label created on Dec 30, UPS got the parcel on January 2, and now sent to a pick up point without contacting me.

Won’t order from this shop again

Won’t order from this shop again. Paid extra for 1–2 day delivery but got the wallpaper after 10 days. Needed one more roll, they promised to send it as compensation — never arrived. Poor customer service. If you’re on a deadline, go to a local shop and buy something in stock.

I ordered wallpaper and on site was…

I ordered wallpaper and on site was mentioned that on stock. Well it was not and I have waited wallpapers to arrive 3 weeks.

Fast and easy

The shipping was really fast and buying online made very easy. Product was what it said on the description. Took one star off because of the packaging used to ship the wallpapers. The box the wallpapers came in was very thin and shattered as it was delivered. Luckily the product itself had remained intact.
