Opted for a more expensive wash than normal, I couldn't see much of a difference at first but it does seem to have lasted longer than normal. Overall very pleased with the service and convenience.

Gangsters as well as useless
i used their app for the first time, paid for a wash and went to their London Colney location. the guy there produced on a mobile device what was obviously a screenshot that said another £5 was owed! he claimed 'no English' and indicated 'cash'. i refused and he grudgingly carried on with operating the wash. at the end, the car was worse than before, with wax streaks and spots that were very difficult to clear, so had to take it for another wash elsewhere. AVOID THESE GANSTERS!!

I scanned the QR and got a code for the…
I scanned the QR and got a code for the operator , when I presented it to him ,he scanned it then showed me an error saying code had previously been used 18 minutes before which was impossible as I had only just got it . Then after scanning a few more time he just started to clean the car . All of this was done without him speaking one word to me so I didnt know what was going on

I get my car wash at the coulby IMO Car wash all the time. I used to use a cheaper handwash type one but noticed whatever they were using in the wheel cleaner was making the coating on my alloys peel.
Plus the bald man lol who works there is good at his job and friendly all the time.

Employees who are not service-oriented
The price and the quality of the cleaning were just enough to convince me to give it three stars. As far as the staff’s customer service is concerned, I think there’s still a lot of room for improvement. If I hadn’t needed this laundry done, I would have gone to a competitor. I’m considering whether I should do just that next time...
