My 9 year old had her ears pierced yesterday by Grace. She has Autism and ADHD with sensory avoidance, I can’t praise them enough. We went in a couple of weeks earlier to chat through her needs and everything was explained so my Daughter knew what to except, this was with another lady who understood the needs of my child.
On the day Grace was amazing with her, the experience was a positive one.

Went in to get my nose pierced and had a great experience :) I only cried a little bit. Grace did an incredible job of putting a needle through my nose, would definitely recommend 👍

Leeds Blue banana - dropped in Saturday and waited barely no time for an appointment. Had a helix piercing on left ear. Had my right ear done a while ago at a different business and it took ages and really hurt. For the sake of symmetry I braced for a similar experience. I needn't have! The lady who did my piercing (sorry forgot your name) was amazing, knowledgeable, informative and did the piercing super quick and barely any pain. Definitely a pro and would highly recommend.

I have been twice and find it lovely, accommodating to all and wonderful staff. I have had piercings done by Grace and Georgia before and both cared for how I was feeling and talked through it. Would 100% recommend!

I had grace Pierce my ears today, she was the most kindest person I could think of to do this for me. Me been worried about having my ears done grace reassured my through out the process and made sure I was okay. She has very high spirits and is a great motivator.
My experience was overall great and I will be returning!

Had a couple piercings before at blue banana but was the first time at the Leeds store and Grace was my piercer, she was super sweet and the process was quick and easy. The staff in general were super friendly too :)

Yesterday I went into Blue Banana to get my belly button re-pierced. From walking into the place I had an amazing experience. I got pierced by the wonderful Grace, I had a bit of a nervous wobble but she made me feel so comfortable and reassured, I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have had with a piercer. Both the staff in the shop were super helpful and friendly. I then had a piercing with Grace, who was the sweetest person! Got pierced by Quinn today she was brilliant. She knew exactly what i wanted when I was unsure and I’m so pleased with the piercings. Definitely recommend especially for getting your first piercing.

I got pierced by Grace today and she was amazing. She talked me through the whole process when she was doing it so I wouldn’t feel uneasy and kept congratulating me after for being so brave. Best piercing service ever and she was absolutely lovely❤️

I had the pleasure of being pierced by Grace today at the Leeds studio. Quite possibly the most positive piercing experience I've ever had. I got a flat and mid helix and Grace not only took to the time to talk me through everything with regards to placement, downsizing and aftercare, she also made me feel completely at ease, safe and reassured. I will 110% be asking for Grace when I go for my next piercing and I highly recommend Blue Banana to anyone.

This is the 2nd tome i have had a piercing done at the Leeds store, the first being for my septum and this time for my vertical labret
As soon as i entered the store the staff were SO lovely and kind, everything was explained very well and i wasnt waiting too long at any point, i found it very calming to be able to chat with them as i can get a bit nervous beforehand. My piercier, Scott was also So lovely, they also did my septum piercing the last time, they calmed me down by explaining everything well and by just being around that type of energy again made me feel less nervous and more excited about my piercing, big thank you to scott and to the ladies who served me when i came in and when i left, (i forgot to get their mames) but the lady with the blonde hair who took my info, the lady with the red & black hair, and the lady who gave my sweets and water after i needed to sit down for a few minutes afterwards. Fantastic staff! Definitely have a returning customer in me in the future 😊

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great advice and nothing was too much trouble. Two of us had a piercing and the staff were extremely patient. Would highly recommend. Will be returning for the next one!
