Avoid!!Horrendous experience
Avoid!!Horrendous experience. Took out the policy, for it to be cancelled, they wouldn't re-instate it, was cancelled due to a verification email going to my junk that was sent from the AA and not beam, no one tried to call to resolve. After calling, I was asked to send documents to re-instate the policy, nothing happened. A further 1hr on the phone and they can't do a insurance quote as it was done online. Worse experience of any insurer and I would advise you avoid! Did an online quote with Hastings whilst I waited for Beam/AA to resolve...what a joke

After browsing compare the market web site i chose Beam for two main reason .
The cost and the policy that was on offer .

Cancelled Insurance
I purchased insurance. I was sent a letter dated 19th June which arrived 25th June asking for further ID checks. My insurance was cancelled 22nd June before the letter arrived and I lost my admin fee. No text or call was given just suddenly cancelled.
Can't reply to Beams reply below so will reply here: I did call and they said they couldnt help me.
