We have just left after purchasing our travel system of choice! We had exceptional customer service from Charlie, she was very knowledgeable, knew the features of every pram, and just super, super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you’re unsure and overwhelmed by the choices! As a first time expecting couple, we were made to feel at ease and were helped straight away! Thanks Charlie!!

This is an update NOT a response to W H Watts:

Almost all of W H Watts’ response to my original review is a complete lie and has been logged for future reference :).

Is it obvious to the 25,000+ (and counting) people who have seen the videos online that they are not edited or clipped in any way.

I would love to know their definition of aggression as there are clearly no signs of it from anybody and I kept a safe distance from them at all times (no cameras in faces).

Unfortunately for Watts, what they don’t know yet is the additional audio we have not yet released as we just wanted to see how far they were willing to dig first. Oops.

As suspected, Whoever controls the account responding to reviews is evidently prepared to lie to cover for his business’s mistakes to save a few quid.

We will no longer be replying to any comments or replies from W H Watts that are untruthful or incorrect, I think everybody has seen enough. We are however still willing to communicate with them to resolve this matter whenever they decide to finally do so.

Outstanding customer service and value. In terms of service and value this is hands down the best experience we've pretty well ever had. We bought a new car seat for my granddaughter which was not only at a great price, the sales team unboxed it and fitted it for us.
The team also, as an added bonus, helped us remove the cover from our old seat, which was much easier said than done and helped us replace it after we had cleaned it (by helped I mean they did it for us!).
Cannot recommend them highly enough. If all retailers were this good Jeff Bezos would be out of business.

I prefer to order from family local businesses. I wanted a pushchair for my granddaughter. They don't stock it but not only did they order it in especially for me they price matched at the mamas and papas offer. And to top it off I got free delivery because they offered that too. Amazing many thanks

The best service, staff and selection! I was blown away by the W.H.Watts store, it was exactly where I needed to go to view all things baby. With this being my first baby I had no idea what I wanted or needed and was finding it really hard to visualise when shopping online. The range of products from a variety of brands and price points was great. I loved that I could push the prams, pick up the car seats and see the cot sets and get a real feel for them before purchase.
Staff were more than happy to help but gave us plenty of space to explore on our own time.
The staff were particularly helpful when I fell in love with some discontinued bedding, in offering to source me a set.
When it came to ordering, payment options, delivery and storage options I couldn't have wanted anything more. My delivery has arrived today and I am so happy with the product and service.

Best price online. Advised 10-14 days delivery but arrived via next day delivery at no extra cost.

I fell in love with the Mamas & Papas XT3 in biscuit however this was £1100 for the bundle in store and the cheapest I could find online was around £780. Ideally I didn't want to spend this much and was ready to settle on the XT2 model. However, I found it on W.H Watts for £650 & after checking they were legit on TrustPilot & reading so many good reviews (understandably!), I decided to order via them. I literally was emailed to say I could have my system delivered the next day but had to reschedule to the day after due to not being home. FedEx communicated efficiently with updates and everything was received in perfect condition two days later. I can't wait to be using my pram this winter so thank you!!! :) I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know who is expecting in the future

Price was the lowest I could find. Ordering on the site was simple and secure. Delivery was free and fast. Goods were exactly as described.

Brilliant service. Ordered my daughters Britax Kidfix booster seat on Friday morning and it was dispatched just over an hour after I ordered. Recieved on Monday around 2pm. Packaged well no problems atall. Would recommend
