I would give a zero if there was a star. This is a scam! Whatever people say it’s nothing but a scam. Traded on this and went to withdraw and they give lame ass excuse that I can’t get my money cause I haven’t traded enough. People don’t fall for this scam.

I started copy trading on weex in April 2026 following one of their elite traders. I made profits of about $7,000 usdt from copying the elite trader. However, I was unable to withraw profits made from closed positions. All profits made from the copy trades were never added to my copy equity or available margin even though these profits showed in my Net PNL. This remained so until the markets reversed to liquidate my 6,000 usdt investments together with my 7,000 usdt profits. Weex copy trading is not transparent. Their system does not show any drawdown for their elite traders, no elite trader capital displayed, no AUM, no sharpe ratio, they do not provide enough information to allow users to make informed decisions before they invest their money. Very little information is provided on other copy traders following the same elite trader. It doesn't show the duration of copy, Principal invested, ROI or PNL. I would advise anyone trying to invest to be careful with their monies because once they take, you are not getting it back. I had a most painful experience which really affected me in all areas. Don't get into a similar situation.

The second I tried to withdraw from my account my fund were locked and I was told I must verify my account. I did all that was required to verify but 5 weeks later it's still under review! I contacted cs and they kept saying to be patient and now I get no response at all from them. Do not trust these people with your money. Strait up thieves!

I was able to deposit and use my account as an unverified user with no issue , verification was never required to put money in. The moment I tried to withdraw about $200, I was suddenly told KYC was mandatory, despite the amount being well under the published limits for unverified withdrawals(their own tos). There was no warning at deposit; the requirement appeared only when I wanted my funds out. I cooperated anyway and provided on-chain proof of funds and the transaction hash. What followed was a loop: each submission met with a new reason it was "insufficient" and a more invasive demand ; source of funds screenshots, then uncropped screenshots, and now a continuous, unedited screen recording navigating through my personal account. They're demanding heavy documentation for a small deposit from months ago, while their own emails quote my exact transaction hash , meaning their team can verify it on the public blockchain in seconds yet they still claim they "can't match" it without more from me. Weeks in, the funds remain locked, no path to resolution, only escalation. Money went in freely; getting it back has been made effectively impossible!!!

Avoid WEEX at all costs, especially if you are a profitable API trader. I traded strictly by their rules using clean, verified funds. As soon as I made a profit, they locked my account for a fake "risk review" and then did the unthinkable: they silently wiped my balance down to ZERO.

There is absolutely NO record of this in the transaction history—no withdrawals, no logs, no emails. They simply deleted my profits from their database. This is pure theft.

Their customer support is completely disgraceful. I’ve been ignored for weeks. They refuse to explain anything, and the live support literally closes the chat session in my face as soon as I ask about my missing money.

I have 100% proof: screenshots of the zeroed balance, empty withdrawal history, API logs, and clean TXIDs. If anyone needs evidence of this scam, contact me. Your funds are not safe here!

I received a text regarding a job opportunity. One would watch YouTube videos and get paid. The pay is done by using a cryptocurrency fast contract. They allow you to make small withdrawals to start. There are some tasks that you have to prepay and those get more expensive as you go. This whole system is designed to get you to put as much as they can get out of you by accusing you of not completing a task properly. They freeze your account until you repair the error. The repair will cost thousands of dollars. Avoid these job offers. It’s only an opportunity to lose money.

I trusted this exchange to handle my trades properly and that's exactly why this experience hit me so hard. I always use a stop loss to protect myself but when the market turned against me, it simply didn't trigger. I watched my losses grow until my entire account was wipe out. What makes it even worse is how they handled it afterward. A trading platform is supposed to protect the tools traders rely on and when something as important as a stop loss fails, it's hard to have any confidence left. After moving to gcasco...I realized how important a stable platform is. In all my time there, my investments have executed properly and I've never had to worry about basic risk management failing when I needed it most.

Customer service told me last year that I would need to wait six months for the account issue to be resolved, but that period has now passed and I am still unable to withdraw my tokens. They keep asking me to provide the same information over and over again; I feel as though I am being fobbed off. I request that my account access be restored immediately!

I copied a Trader whose Stats tell us they have 380 wins and only 3 losses.

I deposited 90USDT with them and set trades at 10USDT each.

Every one of them lost, which would be bad enough, but these losses don't show in their Stats - which still only show 3.

How many others did this happen to in the very early Hours of today (28/5/2026)?

Their History Stats don't show these losses either - showing many recent wins of up to 1400%. Many of their other "elite traders" show similar Figures.

The Trades themselves were odd. Why is a supposedly expert Trader trading with Bitcoin which has shown to be negatively volatile in recent Weeks when both XRP and Stellar are showing from 2.5 to 20% increases in the last 24 hours?

How many other times have they done this, emptying People's entire account Balances?

This is very misleading, not at all as professional as they claim, and given what information is shown extremely disappointing as my Account now has -63USDT pnl.

If Weex read this and reply could they please post a link to an email inbox where I can actually contact a human being not that Support Bot they have?

I deposited 350 USDT.
My KYC was completed..after password reset my old account disappeared. I have TXID proof. I contact support multiple times via email, live chat and telegram but got no proper response. This is very unprofessional. I want my account and fund recovered urgently.

In 2024 I opened a long-term futures position on Weex. I wasn't actively trading. I was holding long term and checked the account infrequently. One day I logged in and my position was gone.
On 04/27/2026 at 3:19 AM, Weex's system forcibly closed my DEGEN/USDT long position confirmed by my own order history labeled explicitly as 'System order.' I did not close this position.
Their own published delisting announcement stated 'your account assets will not be affected.' My account lost $4,273.6965.
Weex claims push notifications are their standard alert channel. I received none. They had my email address and only used it to respond to my dispute but never sent a single email warning me about a delisting that would forcibly close my position.
Their announcement stated position opening suspension at 1:00 PM UTC+8. My position was closed at 3:00 AM UTC+8, 10 hours ahead of their own published schedule.
After weeks of correspondence and a formal dispute with full documentation, Weex denied compensation. I issued a final formal demand with a 5-day response window. They did not respond.
This is not just about $4,273. This is about an unregulated exchange that presents itself as a professional platform while taking zero accountability for the consequences of their own system decisions. This is not the first time Weex has impacted users through platform instability and refused to take ownership.

I had a poor experience with the P2P service. Appeals for unreleased payments take an excessively long time, often remaining pending for weeks without updates.

Support is uncoordinated, live chat redirects to the P2P team, but responses are delayed and repetitive, requesting the same information multiple times.

Overall, the dispute resolution process needs significant improvement.

I was finally winning trading an airdrop when they instantly flagged me for suspicious activity. The only thing suspicious was that I was actually winning. This is why I will always use the CVE Capital framework. I am never locked out the second I start seeing results, I have total control over my exits.

Warning! This platform is extorting personal data. I deposited $30, traded up to $120, and requested a withdrawal of $50—my $30 and $20 in profit. WEEX then blocked my account, blocked withdrawals, and blocked the trading process itself. They demanded a full set of personal information: passport, residential address, a selfie with my passport, and a video of the text being read.
For a withdrawal of $30–$50, such demands are excessive and inappropriate. The exchange refuses to return even my personal deposit of $30 without these documents.
There are no such requirements for deposits or withdrawals. They are not currently listed on their website, but if you make a profit and want to withdraw it, they immediately find any excuse not to give it back to you, including in this case, even my deposit. This looks like they're collecting a database of real users for dubious purposes. In fact, my money was simply stolen, and to get it back, they're demanding I "sell" my identity. Think very carefully and read real user reviews before trusting them with your money and confidential information. Just imagine what they could do with your data. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Weex.com exchange. Due to serious issues on their platform, my entire account got wiped out, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled the situation.

I had placed a proper stop-loss (SL) to manage my risk, but when the market moved, the stop-loss simply did not execute. Because of this failure, my position kept running into loss until my account was completely washed out. This is not a small glitch—this is a major failure in a trading system that users rely on to protect their funds.

What’s even more frustrating is their support response. After reporting the issue, I expected at least a proper investigation or compensation. Instead, I received no meaningful help, no accountability, and no compensation for the loss I suffered due to what appears to be a system failure on their side.

For any trader, risk management tools like stop-loss are critical. If those tools don’t work reliably, then the platform itself becomes unsafe. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this exchange with my funds.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Weex.com. Make sure you understand the risks, because if something goes wrong, you may not get any support or compensation.

Run from this scam exchange! They will take endless deposits, but as soon as you try to withdraw anything over 10k they freeze your account!!!
