Overpromised efficiency with very little real-world payoff
This platform is marketed as a solution that simplifies document workflows, but the actual experience felt clunky and half-supported. Onboarding materials assume prior knowledge instead of guiding new users step by step. When issues came up, responses were slow and leaned heavily on documentation rather than actual help. The technology itself might work in ideal conditions, but real use exposes too many gaps. For the price point, the value simply was not there.
