From the time I clicked "I'm on my way", until collecting my order, there was a 1.5-hour awaiting time. Why creating the app, which does not influence on the time of order finalisation?

The base is wonderful, easy to put together, looks great and seems strong. We had to wait over 45mins from when we arrived to when we could collect the bedframe. No one was there to assist us (just wanted to check it was just the one box). I would buy from again.

They should pick a better delivery partner.
Received my dispatch order with no information of tracking until you download another app. This app had no information or updates and the post did not recognise the tracking number so I had no idea when it was being delivered leaving it at my door for however long. No point in having to download an extra app if it doesn’t update you

It took 7 business days for processing my order while their website estimates 1-2 days processsing before dispatch and no one in customer service seemed to think it was unusual. Do not expect quick delivery. Asssembly was very difficult and took 5 hours but am happy with the result.

Super quick delivery, fantastic quality product.

I scheduled the delivery of this bed base well in advance, and after charging me $300 for delivery, the company informed me that they would no longer be able to deliver it to my home.

The entire delivery process had already been arranged, and the bed base had apparently been transported all the way from Auckland to Queenstown. After all that time, effort and expense, the only step left was to deliver it to my address, and they failed to do so.

The communication throughout this entire process was extremely stressful, unprofessional and poor. The customer service was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, and I was left feeling completely let down as a customer.

I find it unacceptable to charge such a high delivery fee and then fail to complete the final step of the delivery. The entire experience has been a waste of my time and has caused unnecessary stress.

Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this furniture company to anyone.

Crazy quick shipping, desk arrived only 2 days later! I was so surprised how great the quality was for the price! It also looks really nice too. Super easy to put together also, I’m very very happy and would highly recommend.

This was not as good as other products I have brought. Good for kids shoes but if you want to use it for adult sneakers you can only really use only one shelf, then low shoes on another and the the third only fits jandles.

Ordering and pick up was fast and easy. The desk however is another story. It comes with storage bag but no additional pre-drilled holes to secure it to the desk as per the instructions, so the storage bag was a waste of time. The picture also shows a hook for headphones and this wasn’t included in the package.

Service was great in regards to delivery and packaging. However product is disappointing. Very wobbly stools that don’t seem very sturdy. We have thoroughly tightened all 12 screws and still wobbly. Will be returning.

After purchasing I have received no comms as to the progress of the purchase. I paid for matters on Tuesday last week and still have not received mattress or an eta on when it will be delivered. It’s Monday and still no idea as to where my mattress is. I was told when purchased that it will take 2-3 days for delivery. They said they are located in Silverdale Auckland and I’m in mission bay Auckland, so I’m struggling to understand what the hood up is

Great service only thing I found was it is hard to track the parcel. Great price very happy.
