This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have come across.
It has been almost a week now, and your courier company has still not delivered our shipment. As a customer, we specifically chose to pay separately for courier delivery ($50 in this case), expecting a certain level of responsibility, commitment and service so that we can have a worry-free shopping experience.
Unfortunately, in this case, it appears that your team is not taking the responsibility of fulfilling your part of the commitment.
I would appreciate it if you could urgently look into this matter, coordinate with the courier company, and provide me with a clear update and resolution without any further delay.

Colours are different.
