These were in very poor condition (not good as listed). I contacted the RR and was told that even though the pictures were done as to not show much damage, that the write up mentioned it. I believe this is very deceptive advertising. I would have never purchased these for my granddaughter if I had seen the extent of damage on them. I will never purchase anything again from The real real. Bad advertising, bad customer service.

100% Fail
I ordered 2 sweaters.
One was supposed to be in black and in “excellent” condition. It came in blue with a hole in the front.
The other was supposed to be in “very good” condition. It had 3 holes on the side.
Obviously, no one is looking at the items or paying attention.

This place is such a rip off! BEWARE! I sent in a brand new- never been worn Nili Lotan winter coat with a price tag still attached worth over $1600 (original cost was $2000). This was sent in March and they sent me a check today of only $149. Seriously not even worth it. This is a scam.
