They are selling my designer clothes for dirt cheap. My 4 most recent sells of clothing included a Kith mock neck pullover, a Polo long sleeve, Essentials hoodie for $38. Like wtf! Not to mention a few thousand dollar Gucci suit sold for $180. It’s ridiculous

The seller-side customer service is horrific
The customer service is appalling. I tried getting answers with three different reps and no one resolved my problem. They would just drop off.
This would recur with each listing I was going to sell. They're great at luring you to list products, but the follow through is terrible. 1.5 months went by on a listing edit and the items weren't posted. Once, I ended up selling a bag for next to nothing (received $8) because of how it was handled.
Stay away and go sell at a local consignment store if you can.
