Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I ordered speakers for next day delivery. Still nothing over two weeks later. They ignore emails at all levels of the company. I chase daily. Send updates to the CEO and other board members. They just don’t care and ignore basic customer service. It’s just rude! Existing speakers are fantastic- but what’s the point if they ignore you when you have an issue.

Fed up with unreliability
I’ve had the system for five years. The first few years it was wonderful. I have a sound bar and six speakers for the last year at least it has been increasingly frustrating. It drops out in the middle of songs loses its connection cuts off different speakers a different times. I have been abandoning the app lately and just going straight to Spotify to play my music. I invested a lot of money in the system and now stuck with it, but the app is really pathetic now.

Awesome Sonos Home Cinema Set Up
I just recently purchased the Sonos Arc Ultra, 2 x ERA 300 speakers and Sonos Subwoofer and I have to say it’s absolutely brilliant. I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase this. TV programmes, movies and music have not sounded this good in a very long time.The Ultra alone is really powerful but the subwoofer takes it to another level when listening to music and watching movies. The ERA 300 really add to the surround sound effect. I highly recommend this set up for all medium and large rooms!

I have bought a lot of rubbish products…
I have bought a lot of rubbish products in my life, but this one won the price of 2026.
I bought sonos believing sound quality was great. Sound quality is ok, but to connect is a nightmare, they force you to download their app, asking you tons of question that are none of their business. The tracking is also annoying. I bought a sound system from not a house.
I am looking for the closest rubbish depot to drop it and will get another “great sound system” with less headache to connect my phone with SIMPLICITY.
(A need most of rating i have seen are not great // not sure why AI is saying otherwise!)

Sonos for the win…
I’ve wanted Sonos for ages and have been putting off getting the Beam gen 2 as it was released over 5 years ago and an updated version is probably just around the corner - but man! How good is this soundbar!!!! So glad I didn’t wait. The clarity is second to none in this price range and it totally changes the experience of watching movies and TV’s.

Great Product, Easy App Setup
Everything about Sonos has been fantastic! The Beam and Mini Sub really fit my area well and it sounds great! From music to games to shows. The app was easy to traverse and relatively easy to set up.

Very impressive

The sound so far has been both short of amazing on all speakers without the miles of cabling. Haven’t tried out everything just yet but so far so good 👏🏽👏🏽
