Sales pitch does not match the reality
Around mid June i was approached by the head of sales from Prop.com.
during multiple phone conversations the investment was sold as the most safe and guaranteed investment someone could make and it was mentioned over and over that the investment would sell out immediately after opening up to the public.
Liquidity windows were promised from as early as the end of 2024 as well.
After waiting for over a month and the investment is still not even sold for 20% this is starting to feel more and more like a shady investment, I highly doubt ill be ever able to get my money back.
Customer service is not helpfull at all. they just mention the sales pitch could have been clearer and do not take any action to help you with the actual problem.
Funny thing is; this is called a customer succes dept, but the only succes they apparently care about is that of there own sales dept.

After reviewing your interactions with our Sales team, we found no false promises were made. The shared information was consistent across all departments and available online for all. Here are the points addressed:
1. Safety of the Investment: We have been honest from sales to after-sales about the property expectations based on other investors’ interest. The timeline for your investment remains unchanged, with returns scheduled for August 5th as initially informed. While the property’s fulfillment is still in progress, we converted it into a direct investment to ensure you receive the promised returns on time. Our communication is transparent and available in-app, in signed documents, and on our website. Our investments are protected by robust digital security measures, audited by top-tier firms, and backed by transparent ownership documentation.
2. Liquidity Windows: The information about the liquidity windows remains as initially informed, planned for the end of 2024/beginning of 2025. We have stood by this period, making no false promises.
3. Support Provided: We have addressed all your queries through multiple channels, ensuring that the information shared was consistent across all departments and also available online. The investment process remains the same for all investors and is also well-explained in the documents you have signed.
Our decisions aim to ensure a top-notch user experience. We converted the Five Luxe investment to a direct investment to ensure the promised returns are delivered within the promised timeline. We are careful with our commitments, and all our decisions reflect this. Besides this, as per reviewing the recording of your communications with our sales department, you clearly stipulated your long-term vision, which strongly conflicts with your review written above.
I believe this addresses each point raised about the investment. Our Support team is always available to address any questions you may have.

Great Product!
Very easy to use and intuitive platform. Would definitely recommend it for everyone trying to build up there wealth and looking for some investment into real estate.
Already went through a whole property cycle of buying part of a property, earning rent, and selling the property. I also already tried a withdrawal which went through immediately so everything seems to work great.
Customer Service responds very quickly and are willing to help.
