OKX has been a good platform for handling my crypto activities. The interface is simple enough and the tools available are helpful in keeping track of my trades and transactions.

I appreciate how they organize the Web3 wallet entirely separate from the main exchange.Staking options are broad enough to let you build a decently diverse portfolio. It's a solid technical tool that handles complex trades without randomly crashing.

Extremely disappointed with OKX. I spent real, non-refundable fees completing referral campaign requirements based on their existing rules. Later, they silently changed the Merchant Category Code (MCC) eligibility mid-way without any prior notice and refused to release the pending referral rewards ($15 USDG per referral).

When contacted, support simply quoted T&C clauses about changing rules anytime. Changing rules retroactively after users pay real money is completely unfair and breaches trust. Far worse than other crypto exchanges that respect user fees and stick to their campaign terms. Total waste of time and money!

Terrible experience funding my OKX account with a SEPA wire transfer. After I have funded with SEPA wire transfer in EUR my funds got blocked for 7 days for withdrawal as a "security measure". That's the way these scammers provide liquidity to their platform: by freezing customer funds once they land in their Exchange making it impossible to withdraw for many days. A terrible experience, never ever again.
