Perfect
Perfect! I waited for a long time till the product, the glass side table Saura, would be in stock and out of pre-order. Once it was, I received it within 2 weeks. It is beautiful
Delay and no response
I placed an order with Northdeco on **March 1, 2026 (Order #S106944)** and received confirmation that my order would be shipped starting **April 29, 2026**.
Since then, I’ve tried multiple ways to get an update and have been completely ignored.
* I sent an email and was told their response time is **48–72 business hours**, which has already passed with no reply.
* I also reached out via Instagram (both comments and direct messages), and not only did I get no response, but it appears my comments are being hidden from other users.
At this point, the lack of communication is more concerning than the delay itself. There’s no proactive update, no customer support follow-up, and no transparency about what’s going on with my order.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company until they improve their customer service and communication.
I’m still waiting for a proper update or response.

Worst order experience ever
Worst order experience ever. I ordered this table in February, it was scheduled to be sent end of March. Nothing happened on or after due date, so I contacted Northdeco and - after a couple of days - they said that due to Easter and all it was gonna take longer. Again, nothing happened for weeks, so I contacted them again. They send me a tracking, stating that the table was gonna arrive 17th April. I stayed home, nothing happened. This went on for 5 more days. Eventually the table was just dropped in our entrance, way too heavy for me to bring it even to the lift. Northdeco wasn’t of any help honestly and it was just a super shitty and most of all stressful experience in which I had to constantly contact people - never again.

You can write an e-mail to them, follow up in few days, and they will just never answer.

The shipping information is only a smal sentence in a menue. It should be written somewhere in the order. If you do not accept the delivery they will charge you. The delivery guy was very unfriendly and not helpful. Did not call before he arrived like it was planed one day before...

Everything was perfect. The tables, the color, the packaging, everything was perfect.
The delivery took over two months
The delivery took over two months, far beyond what was communicated. When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect — the table delivered was not the one I had ordered.
On top of that, the chairs were in poor condition: they arrived wobbly and scratched, which is unacceptable for new furniture.
To make things worse, I am still waiting for my refund, with no clear timeline or proper communication.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and I cannot recommend this company based on my order.

shipment took approximately four months to arrive, which is significantly longer than expected.
Unfortunately, upon delivery, the goods were found to be damaged. I previously reported this issue, but I have not yet received any response regarding the damage.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your reply.
