⚠️ Be extremely careful with this service. The app itself worked, but money was being charged quietly without clear control. After the trial, it even attempted to charge $42 — luckily,... See more

Thanks to Goku for his technical support. Really appreciate for his help.
This is pure SPAM and most likely Scam
I am a small creator that focuses on Single player games and Boardgames. The "CEO" of this company contacted me about a partnership. I explained that me and my community are not fitting for the services and that I thank him for the offer yada yada.
I thought that was it.
A day later I receive an answer "hey thanks for answering back. this is how our partnerships work....."
I wrote (not as friendly anymore) that I just explained that I am NOT interested and that this is more than aweful bot answering.
I thought they understood....
I then received a Mail AGAIN
"Hello Marcel".... I am not named Marcel or something alike "Yes we would love to do some event marketing with you in the future"... where the frick did this come from?
in the end I just ignored them.
Now 3 days later I receive an E-Mail "hey, we realised that you have not yet received your answer. I know that most creators are quite busy so just contact me on Discord"
I DONT WANT TO WORK WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS
Stay 100 miles away from them!
I purchased NoPing expecting lower ping as advertised. After testing my latency before and after using the app, absolutely nothing changed. Zero improvement. The software does not work as described.
When I contacted support for a refund, they kept stalling with irrelevant questions, asked me to disable my antivirus (a security risk), and then hid behind a "no refund policy." After I pushed back using THEIR OWN exception policy, which covers products that don't work, they simply ghosted me.
The positive reviews on this product are fake. A legitimate company stands behind their product. This one takes your money and disappears.
Save your money and use free alternatives. This is a complete waste.
If I could have give them a 0 star that would be right for this joke of a company.
If your a SMALL STREAMER "STAY AWAY" from them when they drop you a message in discord or a e-mail.
I got a email from a NoPing Bot on the 2/03/2026 (Did have the name of the Bot but they complained about it so had to change this)& at the same time I got this message to change it I have been banned from X for god from a complaint hhhmmm. The email was about a stream I did not twitch playing a early access game. the proposal was this;
The proposal is simple:
• You get a free lifetime license
• Your viewers get an exclusive discount
• Exclusive gaming peripherals giveaways for our partners
• You earn benefits for each person who uses your partner link
• No fees, no quotas - just partnership!
I mailed back and was up on running on a trial 30day but made partner the next day after I sent and displayed by mail there requirements.
Everything was fine until I noticed the game's I was playing was not on there application so had no real use of it. I requested the games but never got a reply from them to add them on for me to benefit.
Only benefit was playing Fortnite with my son that's when I noticed the ping was around 30-40% better
I still started every stream with there intro and ending of stream but when I got to the 5/04/2026 I had no access to the application and they would not reply to any mail or discord message I sent. At the same time yesterday I was talking to other streamers with the same problem.
Keep away there just trying to make the most of us hash tag Noping to work it up the ladder for views
I had a great experience with this service. Ravenna helped me a lot, guided me step by step, and quickly fixed my issue. I can see a big improvement now. Thank you for the amazing support!
No refunds unless you spend countless hours emailing back and forth with support. They ask you to disable your antivirus and firewall and try a ton of different settings in an app that you can’t even uninstall without contacting support. It honestly feels like the goal is just to get you to contact them so they can try to convince you that you're doing something wrong and that the issue isn’t their service.

If you’re a small creator and get an email from "Angel" at NoPing, read this first. I’ve documented exactly how they operate.
1. The "Manual Review" is a Fake AI Batch
They sent me a "manual review" claiming they loved my channel, then suggested I use their software for Tales of Vesperia—a strictly offline, single-player JRPG. When I called them out, they admitted it was an AI batch mistake. They aren't watching your content; they are scraping thousands of creators at once.
2. The "Human" Pivot and the Policy Claim
Once I caught the bot, a human clearly stepped in to edit the AI responses and do damage control. They claimed they changed their policy and that they no longer require card verification or auto-charges. They use this "new policy" talk to make you think they are trustworthy.
3. The Second Batch of Questions & The Ghosting
I didn't let them off the hook. I hit them with a second round of specific questions demanding a signed human contract to back up this "new policy" and a £50 flat-fee for a banner placement.
The moment they saw that second batch of questions and the request for a contract, they GHOSTED.
They knew I was onto them. If their "new policy" is real, why are they afraid to put it in a 1-page agreement? They use AI to find you and a human to edit the lies, but the second you demand legal accountability, they vanish.
Verdict: Do not be fooled by the "Angel" persona. If you ask for a contract and a fair wage, they will run away.
EDIT/UPDATE: NoPing responded with a "Corporate Non-Apology." Here is my teardown of their gaslighting:
NoPing’s reply is classic damage control. They claim they 'take feedback seriously,' but their response confirms every red flag I documented. Let’s look at the facts:
The 'Scale' Excuse: They admitted to 'matching at scale.' Translation: They are mass-spamming creators without watching a single second of video. Recommending a latency tool for Tales of Vesperia (a strictly offline JRPG) isn't a 'mistake'—it’s proof of a predatory, automated bot-net.
The Policy Flip-Flop: They claim their terms are 'always described on the website.' However, the 'Human' rep explicitly told me they had a 'new policy' with no auto-charges to get me to stay. If that policy is real, why isn't it on the site? If it’s not on the site, the rep lied to close the deal.
The Ghosting Admission: They claim conversations end because 'not every proposal can move forward.' That is a lie. Conversations end the exact second a creator asks for a signed legal contract and a flat fee. Legitimate brands have contracts ready; scammers run from them.
The Verdict stands: They aren't looking for partners; they are looking for unpaid, unvetted billboards. If they were 'serious' about feedback, they would have sent a 1-page agreement instead of ghosting when I asked for one. Don't fall for the PR spin.

Noping made a great difference to my Fortnite experience. I play EU servers because I have friends there, and before my ping would spike randomly during fights, after noping my connection became much more stable and consistent.
The promised speedboost is non-existent, loading times for Rust got up exponentially, and I couldn't even connect to my usual servers. On top of that, the uninstaller crashes, so the app stays on your pc. Spent 3 hours sifting through regedit to get everyone out.
Do not recommend this to anyone!
Nice game booster, the ping was perfect , helped me so much on my games, the feature replayx is great also to clip my games.
Dog shit software. Exitlag is best. Can't even unistall this crap propperly
It made my ping very low , went from 150 to 40ms, very good for games.
Great vpn for gaming, made me feel way more confident when playing with 0 lag and no input delay, with more fps.
Very good experience, to lower ping, input lag and helps overall routing, make the games feel more playable.
Cant uninstall the app properly, had to use external tools and search for hours to delete leftovers. Most trash I found in years.
I'm using Noping for almost 5 months now, and it's working very well, My ping dropped from 130 to 90ms, that is very good to me.
My computer is not so good , so it helped improve my ping and fps on games that I play.
Worst service, i forgot to delete my suscription and i ask for a refund, they dont want to do it, and the service its pretty bad, i have to reconnect several time to get a correct server, the IA sever recommend, never works, this app is not good
