There was a misunderstanding around the licensing and my order, but the NetSpot representative went above and beyond in terms of resolving my concerns, quickly and without fuss. In this day and age of overwhelming negativity around us, and stretched customer service, I feel it is especially important to call out exceptional service when received, and I will not hesitate to do business again with NetSpot, and nor should you.

Absolutely brilliant app! I purchased the Home version, then quickly realized I wanted the features in the Pro version. The customer service experience was excellent! They got back to me very quickly and helped me upgrade my license.

I've been using the product for a few months now and it's helped me identity weak coverage areas - especially with 5 GHz. I was able to move my APs around and increase the overall coverage without needing to by additional devices.

They have built and maintained an excellent WiFi surveying / heatmapping platform through several revisions. And their support team, in particular Svitlana, has been very responsive in responding to how-to queries and in adding models of AP to their inventory available for predictive planning.

The fast response to requesting router additions and help questions! Svitlana is fantastic to deal with.

I own a small Managed IT business and we have been using NetSpot for about 10 years. Their support has always been extremely responsive and the product is always transforming and moving along with technology as it is ever evolving. Most recently I had a file that was created on a Mac, and needed it converted so I could open it on my PC. I sent it to them, and they converted it for me which saved me a lot of time and hassle!

Bought the wrong version, send them a mail I'd like a refund, instead of that they send me a 50% coupon for pro (something I really didn't want nor need), they refuse to give me my money back. The software itssels (as a free version) is okay-ish (don't know why it's praised that much) so that's the reason for the 2 and not 1 star.

I have used NetSpot Pro for several years. I only recently had an issue, which I'm embarrassed to admit was totally on me but I digress. The point is when I emailed NetSpot for assistance, I was surprised at how quickly they responded! I was extremely happy with the speed of the reply and they knew right away what I had done wrong.

The NetSpot tools provide a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the WiFi service in your location. For those of you not tech-savvy, be sure to read what functions you are paying for. Each option is different and may have limitations you are not expecting. That said, if you have any difficulties, their support team is first-rate. They'll make sure you're happy with the product.

I recently made an online purchase of the Pro version of NetSpot. There was a glitch in their payment processor's web app and I was charged twice for the single transaction. My email to the payment processor elicited a robo-response message indicating that the problem was not understood and advising me to talk with their chatbot. I knew that wouldn't work, so I wrote to the NetSpot folks directly.

Real humans at Netspot got back to me promptly, were friendly, knowledgeable and and helpful, and made sure my money was refunded quickly. It was exactly the kind of customer service we all wish was normal and usual, but is actually the exception rather than a rule these days.

NetSpot is widely recognized as the best WiFi monitoring and analysis application in the market segment for smaller businesses/institutions and the professionals who serve them. It's not too difficult for WiFi enthusiasts to master. And great people there are ready with help and support.

In only two hours (on a saturday moring), we scanned our large building and received meaningful Wi-Fi coverage maps. We especially like the "Report" function. At the end of the workday, we can generate a comprehensive PDF for our IT manager at the touch of a button.

The mobile version is so limited that I regret buying it. After creating the heatmap, I realized that all the interesting data is only available on the desktop version. Why is that? To force me to buy another license for a computer? If I could, I’d request a refund. I feel scammed. Almost 30 bucks wasted.
