I want to personally thank National Debt Relief for helping me get my finances back on track. So far, they have settled three of my accounts, and that means a lot to me. Dealing with debt can be stressful, especially when you're trying to stay on top of your financial responsibilities.

Over 10 months since graduation and still no paid in full letters
The program worked well to supposedly pay off my debts, however I graduated the program in December of 2025, and I still have not received the paid in full letters NDR is supposed to provide me. I have called many times. It is now almost November 2026, and I have still not received them. So my creditors are still reporting delinquent balances due on my credit report. I have no proof to provide to the creditor that the debt was settled and paid. It is extremely frustrating it is taking this long to try and improve my credit score and credit history.

Easy Start
It was easy getting started. The only problem I have is I thought when bills or calls came in from creditors, we were supposed to let NDR handle them. I have not spoken with creditors but from the tone of their letters and calls, it doesn't sound like they know they are being handled by NDR.

I was very apprehensive to join any kind of program to consolidate my debt. After enrolling in national debt relief, I was more comfortable because everything was explained, and it put my mind at ease. The customer service was excellent. If I ever had a question or if I needed to Lessen my monthly payment due to a hardship at that time they were very understanding and working with me to get back on track. The Payment schedule was something that was easily manageable. I would recommend this to anyone.

I feel I may have made a previous review earlier in the process but I've recently graduated from the program and I'd like to leave another.
I cannot recommend National Debt Relief enough! The process was made SO easy thanks to them. I even ran into a company taking me to court and they took care of ALL of it, for no extra charges mind you. Great communication, easy to contact, everything explained well and made so easy for you.
If you're worried if this is legit, it is legit. Your credit score will take a hit, but mine is already on the rebound. I was over $20,000 in debt when I started in 2025 I believe, and they saved me so much money by making deals with the creditors so I pay back less. I actually graduated early, it was supposed to be next year.
If you're in crippling debt like I was, I HIGHLY recommend this company. It was a great choice for me.
