I have used this service several times…

I have used this service several times in the past and was satisfied before. The orders were completed properly, which is why I generally trusted the website.

This time, however, I asked about a boost, and the price was suddenly increased significantly after my question. As a returning customer, I found that disappointing and hard to understand. What made it even worse was that after I mentioned this, the only response I received was a short “okay”, without any explanation or offer to find a fair solution.

For me, the price-performance ratio is no longer reasonable. The service may work, but this kind of pricing and customer communication has definitely damaged my trust.

how rude is customer service

I purchased the boosting service for ESO, and I don't want to boost anymore, so I requested a refund, and the support said i will get a refund within 5 days . But the money wasn't refunded even i waited for 2 weeks. So i request again, and the support said i have to wait another 3 days. Also, Agent Lesnik, who chatted with me, is very rude.

We’re sorry to hear that this experience felt frustrating, especially if the communication came across as rude. That is not the kind of impression we want our support team to leave, and we’ll take this feedback into account internally.

Regarding the refund timing, we understand why it can feel like the process should be faster. However, refunds for card payments, Apple Pay, and other payment methods are not processed directly by a support agent in chat. Like any online store, we work through payment providers, card networks, and banks. Once a refund request is registered, it has to pass through several external processing steps before the money can appear back on the customer’s card or account.

There is also an internal processing stage on our side. Support agents do not have direct access to the payment systems and cannot manually push, speed up, or track every step of a refund once it has been registered. Refund requests are handled by the responsible payment/accounting team in a queue, and after that the banking/payment-provider side of the process is outside the support team’s direct control and visibility.

Because of this, support can only give estimated timeframes based on the usual processing window. Unfortunately, those estimates are not guarantees, and in some cases the final refund arrival may take longer due to internal processing, payment provider handling, card network processing, or the customer’s bank.

We understand that waiting longer than expected is unpleasant, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At the same time, we want to be transparent that the support team does not have a simple way to make a refund arrive instantly or to provide real-time banking status updates once the process is in motion.

Been using their service for a few…

Been using their service for a few years now and Im always happy with the service and the boost itself. Recent services from BlurryFace were excellent, couldnt ask for more. Always keeping me up to date and eager to find the best offers and slots possible. Very happy with the entire team involved

Full excellent service

All in all, it was a great experience.
I ordered a lot before at MmonsteR and this time it was again the excellent service I know.
The Supporters are fast and friendly in communication and the pro Players are absolute experts and fast as well!

I've had two services up to this point

I've had two services up to this point, the first service was done in only 1 day.

The second service was ordered VERY late into the season (that's my fault), and they still managed to get it done...I am forever grateful.

Great communication as well and their instant messenger is another great way to get in contact with them.

I will definitely be sending business their way again soon when I travel once again to get some grindy things done.

Trustworthy, reliable.

The team is available

The team is available, and they completed the task we asked them to do fairly quickly: in my case, it was done within 24 hours, even though we had to put together a team of 8 players for it.

SCAMMERS

don't work with these guys they are scammers, if you are a booster do not apply here they won't pay you, you'll get maybe couple dollars at first just so they can secure that you'll work with them and then you won't get any of your hard work money.
