Our experience with “Migrator”
Our experience with “Migrator”: $15,000, one year of work, and the case still hasn’t been filed.
— They sell their service as “we’ll put everything together for you.” After you pay, you find out that you’re the one putting everything together. All of it.
— According to their policy, they have 24 hours to respond to any question. In reality, you often have to follow up just to get a response. Documents must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Friday to be reviewed by the following Friday. Miss the deadline, and you may end up waiting two weeks.
— The $15,000 fee is non-refundable under the agreement. Read the contract BEFORE you pay.
— Getting help to satisfy a single eligibility criterion costs an additional $5,000. This is not made clear upfront.
— You have to arrange English translations yourself. The company does not have its own translator.
— After a full year of working with them, they sent us a questionnaire “to better understand your professional activities.” It was the first time we had ever seen this questionnaire. In other words, they had been collecting documents for a year without first establishing a clear case strategy.
— According to the agreement, the company does not have its own attorneys. It acts as an intermediary between you and an immigration attorney.
If you came here after seeing an influencer promote them, do one simple thing before paying: open the agreement and read the entire contract carefully.
