RATE 0 STARS

If I could, I would give 0 stars. They charged me $500. to start building my page where they offered AI exposure and site traffic which would result in true leads. They published the site without my review, and they were never able to fix the issues on the drop down menu. I asked for admin to call me, they called me and because I was in a meeting unable to talk, never got back to me again. They keep charging monthly without any results. Terrible place to advertise, DO NOT USE THEM. I hired another company who is seeing the statistics, NO TRAFFIC at all, money in the garbage.

I wouldn't recommend Luxury Presence to…

I wouldn't recommend Luxury Presence to any real estate agent looking for a reliable lead gen partner. The onboarding felt great, but that's where the good experience ended. Once the website was live, communication basically stopped — no proactive check-ins, no real support when I had questions. Then came the renewal notice, buried in what looked like spam, clearly timed so you'd miss it and get auto-renewed. It felt less like a service and more like a trap. I switched to CINC and the difference in support and transparency has been night and day. Do your research before signing with this company.

I would have rather her be honest and said she didnt see the booking cause I booked late at night for the following Morning. that was enough for me not to try it. theres too many scammy sites out there for me to give it a chance

Beautiful design, poor delivery and support

The website Luxury Presence built looks polished on the surface, but that's where the value ends. What was promised during the sales process did not match what was delivered. The site lacks the substance and functionality we were told to expect, and getting support has been a constant struggle — responses are slow, and often we get no reply at all.
For the money we invested, I expected a partner who would stand behind their product and respond when issues came up. Instead, we've been left chasing answers. A good-looking website means very little without the support and performance to back it up. I cannot recommend Luxury Presence based on our experience.

Nothing but a pretty face.. my experience $24K and 2 years later.

My experience with Luxury Presence over the course of a two-year, ~$24,000 engagement was extremely disappointing and fell materially short of the contractual commitments made during onboarding.

At the outset, I was sold on a comprehensive SEO and content strategy that was supposed to position my website on page one of Google for multiple high-value keywords within 12 months. That outcome was never remotely achieved, and more importantly, there was no measurable, transparent progress along the way to support that objective.

Content delivery was also significantly underperformed. The agreement included four blog posts per month, published weekly. In practice, blogs were delivered at roughly one-third of the promised volume, were clearly AI-generated with minimal customization, and were often posted in bulk on the same day each month—an approach that undermines consistency and is widely understood to be ineffective for organic SEO growth.

Account management was another major failure point. Over two years, I was assigned five different account managers. This constant turnover created communication gaps, lack of continuity, and ultimately a breakdown in accountability. At no point was there a clear, consistent strategy or ownership of results.

What was most concerning, however, was the lack of transparency. Despite ongoing billing of approximately $1,200 per month, there was no ability to walk through tangible SEO improvements on the site via screen share or receive clear documentation of work completed. I was effectively asked to trust that work was being done without any verifiable proof.

At the conclusion of my contract, when I requested to downgrade services, the situation worsened. Previously implemented SEO elements were removed from the site, the downgrade process took approximately five months to complete, and multiple revised contracts had to be issued due to errors. This resulted in significant overbilling that required retroactive correction, which raised serious concerns about internal controls and billing practices.

In its current form, the product delivers a visually appealing template website—but design alone does not drive traffic, rankings, or conversions. Without execution, strategy, and accountability behind it, the value proposition simply does not hold.

That said, there is a viable path forward for the company. With a stable and competent account management structure, transparent reporting, consistent content execution, and real accountability to performance metrics, the platform could be competitive in the space. However, those fundamentals are currently missing.

Given the rapid advancement of AI-driven tools such as Claude and Perplexity AI, the barrier to producing high-quality SEO content and strategy is falling quickly. When paired with poor service and lack of delivery, it increasingly incentivizes professionals to bring these capabilities in-house rather than outsource them.

Bottom line: If you are a broker evaluating website and SEO providers, proceed with caution. A polished front-end does not compensate for a lack of execution behind the scenes.

Just extremely dishonest

Just extremely dishonest. So much of what they promised me when signing up turned out to be untrue. One of the big promises they made was that even if I stopped my partnership with them in the future, my website would remain. Now that I'm actually stopping the partnership, they are telling me I'll lose my website. So, they didn't deliver on any of the promises they made. I got zero new business in a full year of working with them. The technology they promised only worked some of the time, and not very well even then. And it 100% did not perform the singular key feature that convinced me to sign up in the first place. And now on the way out the door, they are revealing one more lie they told in the sales process by telling me that I'll no longer have my website. Terribly dishonest organization.

Agents RUN

Agents RUN.
This company will get you locked into a contract and then take an obscene amount of time "developing" your basic site, and if you ever have a question or need help - good luck, impossible to reach anyone. Even their "managers" will just ghost you. WASTE of MONEY. May look nice, but it's a scam.

Liars and Scammers

I met with the Account Exec, Philip Bartholomew to discuss building a website. I was trying to get out of the presentation, and he kept going lower and lower on the price. He told me that if I set up an account for service with this company, then if I were to cancel my membership after the 1 year is over, then I would still have access to the content of the website. Now my one year is up, and this exit coordinator is telling me that I will not have access to the content that I paid thousand of dollars for. I was lied to in the beginning and if I would have never had access to the content I paid thousands of dollars for, then I would have not agreed to sign up for this service in the first place. The account exec was trying to hard to make a dollar, and he was so rude and kept rushing me because he said he has to go because he's entertaining family, but if I don't accept the offer now, then I won't get the deal. He forced me to decide on the spot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They did not provide the product I was promised I would get it I signed up and paid for it.

Exceptional Service and Support from Luxury Presence...

I want to express my immense gratitude to the incredible team at Luxury Presence for their outstanding service and support. As the owner of a luxury real estate business, having a stunning website is crucial, and Luxury Presence delivered beyond my expectations.

Unfortunately, due to the challenges posed by the pandemic and personal hardships, my website was deactivated for non-payment. In this difficult time, the billing department at Luxury Presence showcased an unparalleled level of understanding and compassion. I was genuinely taken aback by their kindness and willingness to help.

To cut a long story short, the billing department not only worked with me to catch up on all outstanding payments but also devised a reasonable and manageable payment plan. Their generosity and flexibility provided me with a second chance to reinstate my website, allowing me to continue showcasing my business in the best possible light.

Luxury Presence has proven to be not just a website builder but a company with a heart, understanding the challenges that individuals may face. Their commitment to exceptional service and their willingness to go above and beyond for their clients make them truly the best of the best.

I wholeheartedly recommend Luxury Presence to anyone seeking a top-notch website builder coupled with a team that genuinely cares about their client's success.

A sincere thank you to the entire Luxury Presence team for their professionalism, understanding, and unwavering support.

Also a Very Special Thanks To Chontel McMilling, Jackie Dunbnicka, and my wonderful Account Manager Gwynn Vaiciulis
