After being told to contact customer service here on my 1-star review, the link provided sent me to an AI chat!
The chat then just looped on itself until it said that it didn't abide by steam rules on reselling accounts.
What a shady company this is!!!

Bought a game key to use on the Giants Software website. Turns out it was a fraudulent key. Never buying a non-Steam Key again and never shopping on G2A again.

Always worth it
I’ve made a few purchases from G2A over the last few years. Everything has always been easy when purchasing and have never had any issues. I’ve purchased Xbox, PlayStation, and steam codes and never had any issues.

a Site only to contact Sellers of keys, not a good place to buy
Its a site for getting in contact with sellers and they show information about the region of the game that can be fake, a lot of trouble to get support and you will only get mainly Ai support. Dont get fool by the price of some games, there are better options in the market.
