I would like a way to merge properties…
I would like a way to merge properties as I own 3 that are all connected. 2129 and 2131 used to be a double shotgun that was converted into a single house. I acquired 2133 as an additional lot that has gate access to the backyard of 2129 and 2131. Sadly I have yet to receive some way of doing so. Otherwise the service has been great but paying for three properties is a bit insane due to merging (two properties would at least be reasonable).

I’m very happy with the lawn service I received today! Aldo did an excellent job and really took the time to make everything look neat, clean, and well cared for. You can definitely tell he pays attention to the little details.
My yard looks so much better now, and I really appreciate how professional and efficient the service was. Everything was done carefully, and he left the area looking clean and organized when he finished.
I’m very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend his service to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and who genuinely cares about doing a great job.

No Show, No Backup, No Apology
After being a LawnStarter customer for over 2 years, I was extremely disappointed that this was how my service ended.
The service pro did not show up as scheduled. I’m not sure why, and honestly, that is not my main concern. My issue with LawnStarter is that they should be prepared when something like this happens and have a backup technician available.
I mentioned to the representative that it would have been nice if the technician had reached out to let me know he could not make it. Instead, I had to contact him first to find out if he planned to come.
Rather than the customer service representative responding, “I apologize for the inconvenience,” she replied, “I see where he responded to your message that he was out of town.”
Did this customer service representative really just say that to me??? Did she just excuse this poor communication and lack of consideration??? This is unprofessionalism on turbo.
Days passed after my scheduled service was missed. My grass became so overgrown that I’m lucky I did not receive a fine from the HOA.
LawnStarter kept promising that someone would come out, but no one ever showed up.
Do you think I received an apology? Nada.
Because of this horrible customer experience, I would not recommend LawnStarter to anyone in an HOA community, or honestly, to anyone at all.

The email notifications of date of service confirmation, and then the heads up that they are on their way is appreciated.
The service is unobtrusive and completed quickly and efficiently, consistently by the same two service providers which is appreciated.
