I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GameCardShop.
I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Standard for my personal use. After about a month, Microsoft Word stopped working and displayed a "Product Activation Failed" message, and a message advising me that the version I had installed was intended for business or corporate customers, although my invoice clearly showed that I purchased the standard version of MS Office 2024. I contacted customer support and received a response from Sarah assuring me that the issue would be resolved that same day. She asked me to provide a screenshot of the error, which I promptly did.
Unfortunately, after providing the requested information, I never received any further assistance. I sent multiple follow-up emails, but they were returned as rejected, leaving me unable to contact the company or obtain support for a product that I had paid for.
As a customer, I expected the company to honour its commitment to provide support and resolve the activation issue. Instead, I was left with software that I had paid for but could no longer use, with no way to obtain assistance.
I hope GameCardShop improves its customer support practices so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from GameCardShop. I paid for software that stopped working after only a month, and despite being promised assistance, I was unable to obtain the support needed to resolve the issue.

I purchased a software bundle (Windows 11 Pro + Office 2024 Retail). Both keys were completely invalid. The seller provided an enterprise LTSC/Volume license key for Office instead of the advertised Retail version, which is impossible to activate normally. On top of that, their customer support completely ignored my emails. Thankfully, PayPal stepped in and forced a full refund immediately. Avoid this shop!
