The parcel has not been delivered ..

The product is good but the parcel has not been delivered when the seller said it was ... apparently it's still been stuck at the parcel depot for days ... problem was the courier and was delivered a day later

iBOOD refuses to take back defective robot vacuum cleaner

On January 24, I received a robot vacuum cleaner from Philips. The device gave up the ghost after just a few hours and didn't do what it was supposed to do. I returned it to iBOOD, received it back a few weeks later, reinstalled it full of hope, only for the device to come up with a new, different error code.
I sent it back again and am still waiting in the meantime.
I have sent multiple emails stating that I have lost confidence in this device and want my money back.
Every time, I am given the runaround, being told that they have the right to perform a repair up to three times. This has now been going on for 15 weeks without a working device. I think the reasonable timeframe for a repair has been exceeded quite some time ago.
Time and again, I receive a simple, evasive answer saying that they have the right; I have my rights too.

jasmine plant

Ordered a jasmine plant, almost a month already and nothing was delivered. When they were asked about it, the reply is this, "Oh we see that it was not delivered yet, we don't have any further informations"..SCAMMER!

Friday they left the package under my…

Friday they left the package under my house(which is good) the next day though, from same order the other package they decide not to leave it, and to get it to a pickup point that is literally a ghetto, i felt unsafe going into a barbershop that smells really bad with like 40+ people inside a 30sq place feeling really unsafe being there

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. 21 days to receive my order. And there is no way to return a product: the customer service says they send me instructions but they do not do it.
As a consequence you cannot send back an item.
This is the worst experience I had with an online shop.

You have bought the item in "As Is" condition. It came from the swap stock from Apple, and is packed in a brown box.

The sticker at the box is confusing. The product is completely new though and not used before. When you open the box, you can see.

Good website

Good website. There are some decent deals and some great deals. Delivery is a bit slow. Support is responsive.

The pre-discount prices are usually quite inflated, so just make sure you look at the final price, not at what you are "saving".

Prima 2.5 GBps switch

Good product. Only used for few days - so no idea about reliability yet. Also cannot test 2.5 Gbps connection - as my routers are still on 1 GBps…

[NL] Goed product. Heb het pas een paar dagen in gebruik, dus nog geen idee over de betrouwbaarheid op langere termijn. Kan de 2,5 Gbps verbinding ook (nog) niet testen, want mijn routers zijn nog maar 1 Gbps…
