The menu needs changing

Absolutely love this
Lounge, just everytime its the same old food in my opinion, love the cheese selection drinks, need a different choice other than pasta

Very poor menu

Very poor menu , burgers and pizza it’s like a fast food company . Dry chicken burger in a dry bun for £60 !!!!!
The buffet section was empty for most of the time we were there .
Sample menu is nothing like what was available on the day.
Waste of money

A huge upgrade on the previous Aspire Lounge at JLA

If you have been to the Aspire Lounge at John Lennon Airport prior to September 2025 you will find this a very good upgrade on its previous version. Situated at the top of the escalator after duty free this is far bigger and a much more relaxed experience than the old version. Great choice of food and the staff were warm, friendly and super helpful. A very pleasant experience and great start to our holiday. Thankyou.

Awful no food and very rude staff

Other than Lucy (who was absolutely lovely and doesn’t normally work here) the staff were so rude thinking I didn’t speak or understand French. There was no food except a couple of measly pieces of bread and some goats cheese.
