Hello, I've returned an item 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for the refund

Zero refund from my order which I returned. As I see not only me has the same problem... do not buy anything from here

I ordered some shoes and returned them as it was the wrong size. 5 month have passed and I didn’t get my money back.

Really poor customer service which is sending the same message that they need time.

I never wrote a review before. But please do not book from this shop.

If i could note 0 stars i’d rather do. The customers service is a bug scam, i received my order, since it was note my size i send it back 3 days later, it has been 6 months, for back and forth email just to have my money back. You are thiefs, how this can happen 6 months? Really? You have no shame to scam your clients. Never purchase on that site, if unfortunately, your items don’t fit , you’ll never see the color of your money!!!

I made a couple of orders on this website and everything went well. But I just received my third order and one Item is missing. I contacted the customer service about it asking for the money back for the missing item. After 5 days still no answer. For sure i will not order from them anymore. It is a kind of Scam website . Please avoid it and spend your money elsewhere.

My jeans arrived, the size fit, everything is ok. That's why I changed my comment. Although they need to set up their online store better.

Have returned a package of 2 products that didn't even look like the pictures.
Now the package have been returned and they dont process the return.
And no refund has been given.
4 weeks have passed.
Dont buy anything at defshop, looking at the rating and all the other comments I made a big mistake ever buying from them.
I hope i will get my money back....this feels like a scam.

Edit: dont fall for this copy and paste reply. They have confirmed my package has been recieved and refuse to pay my money back. Also i ask if they could send the package back and they keep ignoring this question.
No money, no package. I have been scammed

Appalling service. Ordered 4 tops. Sent by DHL, who failed to get them here - returned to sender without an explanation. Contacted Def-Shop, who went on and on about returns, despite this not being a return, until we sent them an email with "THIS IS NOT A RETURN" repeated multiple times. Then they said "reorder it", which we couldn't do because we'd ordered the last of those items in the first place. They refuse to simply resend the parcel. Zero response to further contact, still waiting for refund (and expecting we'll have to fight to get the postage cost back), absolute horror of a company with no understanding and no interest in their customers. Go ANYWHERE else for your clothes.

Update: Still no return label for our first ever order (their label generator only works on German orders), no refund of the original returned order outlined above. They resent the package - incompetently resending the same package, so that's also been refused at customs - then cancelled after sending it and asked us to pay for their resend. Giving them a week more to sort themselves out, then getting refunds direct through Mastercard. Their incompetence is only matched by their indifference. Avoid at all costs.

Edit after reply: This absolutely IS their service standard, as shown by the ongoing lack of return label, absence of refund (coming up for a month they've had it back), etc.

GOT PROOF OF REFUNDING MY PARCEL ON END OF MAY THATS 5 FRIKN MONTHS ARE U GUYS INSANE.

SAID THEY REFUNDED UNTIL TODAY (29 SEPTEMBER) HAVEN SEEN A SINGLE CENT.

The return package was successfully delivered by DHL in May and I received a confirmation of that. defshop hasn't handled the return since then and won't give me my money back.

I didn't get my purchase, they didn't give me the mone back, they didn't answer my phone, this company is not honest

Bought shoes for my mother, price more than 90€. They didnt fit my mum, so she sent them back within a week, within parcel tracking. We never got our money back or more than automated reply to all our messages on this matter! This was in January - more than 6 months later we still ask but still no reply. Scam!

This firm is a scam. When you return your items they don’t pay you back. They don’t reply to your emails (probably because they get soooo many complaints - There’s to many to handle). All my attempts to recover my money failed.

Returned some items worth over €100 and they still have not refunded me despite countless emails.

I returned an item on march 22, even tho a lot of time has passed, the return is still not refunded, despite multiple emails sent.

I returned some items. 2 months ago, after 6 emails. They replied with "our returns department are having issues." Despite giving them all the details, they are seemingly not trying to fix the issue,

I ordered items for about 500 eurors, they sent the package, but the package was returned to sender by DHL and never left Germany. I never recieved anything, have made 2 tickets and no answers. this was in June i ordered, and we are in the middle of august now without any answers whatsoever. They dont answer E-mails, or whatsapp or calls to the number they have listed, so Im going to the police next. Ive never experienced such unproffesional company before.

I ordered a short, which unfortunately did not fit. I have sent the shorts back with the enclosed return slip and have been waiting for my money for 2.5 months now. After several cover letters by email, you are always put off. I can only advise against the shop.
