Everything went well. The only problem I had was that my credit card wouldn't do 3D secure for some reason. I ended up using PayPal. The airfare I found on budgetair site was better than any available... See more

BudgetAir is one of the worst travel booking experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Their entire business model feels designed around trapping customers with misleading pricing, hidden baggage fees, and ridiculous penalties after purchase.
I paid for baggage that I can’t even properly use because of how their system and airline restrictions were handled, and when I tried to fix the issue, the “solution” was basically: cancel your tickets and lose another $99 PER TICKET. That’s not customer service — that’s legalized robbery with a customer support chatbot hiding behind it.
Speaking of customer support, it’s absolutely useless. I sat in their chat queue for HOURS watching my position slowly move from 30 all the way down to 1, only for the system to fail and never connect me to an actual human being. Imagine wasting that much time while dealing with travel stress just to get abandoned by the company taking your money.
BudgetAir advertises cheap fares, but by the time they finish stacking baggage fees, restrictions, and penalties, you end up paying with your wallet and your sanity. I would NEVER use this company again and I strongly recommend people avoid them completely and book directly with the airline instead.
If a company makes it easier to take your money than to reach a real person for help, that tells you everything you need to know.
Customers may incur hidden charges that will not be reflected during the payment process. Customer service is don't care about our complaints.

The booking process itself was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.

I reserved my seat in advance, but the airline ignored it and assigned me a different seat separately. I don’t even know how I’m supposed to get a refund, and I honestly don’t understand why this happened. This experience has made me lose trust in your company.
They are selling tickets with transfers that are impossible to catch the connecting flights. Also when calling the operator at Budget Air I have not experienced anything like it. Not only rude but actually shouting at my girlfriend down the phone. Blaming the airlines not their company. The women we were dealing with then hung up. Because of this I here lost $ 1244. I will be seeking legal advice and taking this concern further.
On Kayak.com the price was given in Euros, then on your website in US dollars. I would have preferred to have the option to pay in Euros so as to use my Euro debit card, thus avoiding excess charges by the card for a foreign transaction.

Getting a support after ticker booking is very bad.
The customer care number is wrong 18000820019 as it says the number doesnt not exist.
Plus chat queue is too long waiting.
And there is no response on the emails

Too many questions trying to trick me into upgrading to more expensive add-ons.

Terrible experience. Booked a flight was then told we were not able to board the flight due to missing an ETA to enter Canada.
Tried calling to get help to rebook a flight and we’re told we were out of luck and lost $1300. Would never use this website again.
