There was a typo on my name I called customer service and was told to call the airlines I chose, but the. Airlines customer services told me to call Budget air customer service…to make a long story short….i was then told to take a photo of my passsport and the spelling correction needed….i haven’t gotten a reply since… made 2 attempts at email.
Once I figured out how to maneuver, it was pretty straightforward except for the cancellation and change fees.
Easy booking process, very competitive pricing and prompt response have been highlights of the experience of this transaction so far.
I booked a round trip flight with 1 personal item and 1 checked bag for the entire round trip. They charged me for the checked in bag but only included it on my inbound flight, not my outbound flight. Needed this corrected ASAP. Not resolved.

I was a bit surprised that when I was choosing my seat I had to pay a minimum of $49. I don’t know if that was from the airline or Budget, it just ended up I had to go over the amount I thought I was going to pay.
It was an okay experience. Tried to add the flights they booked to my account and was told I could not be found on the flight more than 24 hours after booking with them

I booked round trip from Raleigh to Newyork. My return flight was with Spiritz airlines and was cancelled. But budget air should have not accepted booking if the airlines is in trouble. On top of that I got a mail to confirm cancellation. That mail was very vague. There was no mention of any ticket number, from and to destination. That mail looked like a spam and generic mail.

You canceled my flights and I’m not able to get ahold of anyone regarding a refund. This cancellation cost my money as I will miss my connecting flight and now a great inconvenience as I have to take a 12 hour bus ride in dangerous conditions!
