This was one of the better Big Bus tours we have been on. We had the pleasure of 2 different guides on board and they were both excellent. Their knowledge of Philly was top class. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Philly for the first time take up the opportunity to ride the Big Bus.

Unfortunately, the only day we had available for the tour there was torrential rain for hours on end. However, the tour itself and the quality of the guide was very good and we would recommend the tour to anyone visiting Philadelphia. A quick and easy way to learn about the city and its history.

Very good. Efficient turnover of buses and the tour guides were great. Our favorite stop was Reading terminal Market for lunch!

Nice tour, gave us the ability to get into the places we wanted to see and see a bit of the city as well, all in comfort.

The tour guide on the first bus kept talking about where he gets his groceries where he eats, etc. We got off of that bus because he was so annoying. The next bus was really old and had lots of exhaust fumes entering the downstairs portion. My elderly grandmother who was sitting down there started having trouble breathing so we got off of that bus. The third bus was ok.

The first thing we do in a large city is book a bus tour. The very best way to see all of the important aspects of the city.

Great way to see Philly

Would have been nice if the speakers knew if certain attractions were open or close

We had a fantastic day and learned a lot about Philadelphia - which was impressive considering we are both from the area! The tour guides were both informative and entertaining and were able to show off Philly in a new light for us.

The bus tour guides were excellent and provided great narrative about the various sites. My complaint is that we had to wait close to an hour in 90 degree heat for a bus to come to the stop we were at.

I went on the bus a few weekends ago. I did two full tours of Philadelphia. The first tour our guide was Mike.

The experience was really not good. Mike talks fast. I don't think he knows his facts. Guests asked him to slow down when he spoke but it was difficult to understand what he said and when inderstood what he said it was useless info.

When i arrived at my last stop I transferred to the next tour bus and this time I had a lady tour guide. She was amazing. It was like night and day. She did such a great job at explaining the history of the city. Really enjoyed it.

The bus ride and tour guides were excellent, but the timing was very bad. We waiting almost an hour at one stop, and because of that were unable to do another stop where we had hoped to walk around. Also, your app does not include Philadelphia, so you should not tell customers to download the app, as it doesn't work.

3 days of using the big bus and every one of them fantastic. Guides and drivers were knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Buses were clean. Wonderful experience. Will do it again if I'm ever in Philly again - or anywhere there is a Big Bus tour.

Awesomeness ! Was not boring at all. Was well organized and our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. Would recommend !

Very informative and easy to get around. We liked the the convenience of being able to get off and explore things and then get back on. Everyone was pleasant too.

Bus was comfortable and on time. The live guides were very informative. The only issue we had was part of the normal route the bus travelled was closed so we only got a shortened tour but still at the same price which we had prepaid. We did not know this in advance which sort of sucked. Perhaps it was advertised on their website but I did not notice this. Saying that, it was a good way to get around the city in a safe and comfortable environment. We have used Big Bus in other cities and would not hesitate again but make sure you pay attention to potential service adjustments.

Our tour was on a rainy day with only a few buses working. Buses were supposed to arrive every 25 minutes at each site. That was a joke...we stopped for lunch along the route and did not see a bus at all and we were there for over an hour. Because of this we used the bus once then had to uber and walk in order to see everything we wanted to see. I have emailed the company with no response. It is easier to create your own tour!
