Super experience

Super experience. Will P made sure all my technical questions were addressed and helped get me to the right department for some additional advanced troubleshooting. Great service, fast support, listened to the full scope of the problem, and helped resolve. Wonderful company and so glad I switched to Aweber. It's the people like Will P that make the experience of learning new software much better.

9 years of AWeber and I'm still impressed!

I have been a customer of AWeber for years. Today was another confirmation of why I stick with this company. Justin in customer service helped me not only resolve and issue (I created), but helped me understand why this happened and how to avoid it in the future.

In addition, Justin was kind, professional, and patient as I brainstormed with him how to best implement my vision.

Once again, AWeber's customer service team, and the ability to call and talk to a live person, is SUPERB.

Outstanding Customer Support from Martha at AWeber

I had an excellent support experience with Martha at AWeber.

I was setting up a landing page and QR code for my live saxophone event bookings, and she walked me through everything step by step. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple.

What impressed me most was that she didn’t just answer my questions. She made sure everything was actually working before we finished.

The AWeber landing page system is very clean and easy to use, and with Martha’s help I was able to get my page live and ready for people to scan and book me for events.

Five stars isn’t enough. Martha is a tremendous asset to AWeber.

Aweber Doesn't Make It Easy To Cancel Subscriptin

Aweber makes it almost impossible to cancel once you sign on as a subscriber. I've tried cancelling on laptop, cell phone and Ipad, however the platform will not allow me to follow through with the cancellation. It appears the only with to cancel would be to cancel my credit card which is so frustrating.

Had a problem with deliverability and…

Had a problem with deliverability and contacted the suppport. So the answer came fast within hours while i did something else.

The problem was solved within 24 hours and now all e-mails got sent. The support is incredible fast and helping.

I decided to speak to a customer service when I had no idea how to fix an issue

I decided to speak to a customer service specialist when after several attempts to remove blank space from my weekly newsletter - I could never permanently banish it. Some of my list having thought they received blank newsletters - cancelled. Will P., the Aweber

Michelle was PHENOMENALLY HELPFUL in…

Michelle was PHENOMENALLY HELPFUL in every way - especially in the patient manner in which she LISTENED SO EFFECTIVELY to my past problems/failures with other E-Mail Service Companies. I explained how confused I've been - and she SLOWLY explained and, at the exactly appropriate moment, suggested topics that would help me where I am. Probably the best Support Person I've ever had. Best Email Marketing Platform

Aweber is a really great email marketing platform and the support team, especially Amanda W, are always there for me. Nothing is too hard for them. I'm no expert in the field of email marketing and I appreciate their patience with some of the questions I ask. Also I am in Australia but I always receive a response the next day helping me with my queries. I am very happy with their service!
