Aspect Doors and Windows Ltd 

i wish i read the reviews before. I called aspect and they promised a max of 3 hrs to fix my door as per fire safety and when the engineer came over he said its £1200 and thats for the whole job. I shuldnt do per hour .. he said if i do that it will cost me morel. it ended up being a 3 hour job anyways. ive called and emailed with no response. Therefore i have to go through my credit crd company.

Already wrote a review this morning but it’s somehow disappeared.
Terrible experience. Didn’t turn up last week so had to rebook this morning and was promised first booking 8am. Called 5 times and each time promised they’ll be 30/40/45 mins. Finally turned up 3.5hrs late (what had they been up to before their 1st job?) and was told I was actually the 2nd job.
Guys that came Did good job of fixing window then told me apparently they’re ‘subcontractors, so I’ll send you a link to review me, not the company, we don’t work for Adpect’ said whilst wearing his company shirt. The link turned up as a TrustPilot review for Aspect company.

Due to last week’s mess up was promised a 20% discount on the online £85 rate and have been invoiced £102. This was then taken from my card without my authorisation.
Called and they said the office is closed and will refund remainder on Monday morning. Let’s see.

Is there some kind of ombudsman for companies like this?

Dreadful company! Took our credit card details before they even would come to see the job.
Waited 5 days for our appointment which I had told them was urgent as I couldn't close the front door!
Appointment day came didn't even turn up! Waited 4 hours called them to find out what was happening to be told oh he's off with Covid, if your company had told us this we would have had time to find another company to come out! And not just NOT turn up.

I wrote a good review initially and want to follow up. My initial review abd response are not visible. I asked aspect for an opinion initially and was told I needed springs for a sash window which had to be ordered. A second operative came with the springs to fit them. It was a short visit. At this time I found out there is a 60 percent levy on parts and a £50.0 collection charge for parts. I spoke to the company and was told the £50 would not be billed.
Afterwards the windows were not working as before and I asked for a review. The initial operator came and adjusted the new springs and also said there was something else wrong with the other window. I was told there would be no charge for this visit.
On the call out visit and when the springs were inserted the operative had not been given the correct address.
I have received 4 credit card bills(all of which I did not agree to) during July and August 2022 adding up to over£700.
I believe this company is overcharging and obfuscating its bills so I would not advise you to use them unless its an energy.

I ordered a double glazed window for my shower room. The window was delivered within the week. The quality of the window was excellent. Locks and opening very sturdy. I fitted this window myself but needed some advice on the best way to remove and refit the glass trims. I rang Mr Watson on a Saturday morning and he gave me all the help I needed. I would definitely recommend this company. Top quality service and products.

Brilliant service from start to finish, used on a couple of occasions now on various different projects from just a replacement window to a full house including bifold doors and the service price and efficiency has been spot on evertime. Would definately recommend and will be using again on my next project

We engaged Aspect Doors and Windows to replace the locks on all the doors in our house, following a local burglary.

At a time where there was a significant feeling of vulnerability and concern for the security of family members and possessions, Aspect's service was second to none.

Within 24 hours of placing the order, the locks were fitted quickly, efficiently and professionally. Chris and Tony clearly know thier business, they understand what good customer service looks like and the cost to supply and install was exceptionally competative.

I'd absolutely recommend them.

The glass supplied was actually the wrong size for 1 of the sets of doors, it took so many emails of chasing to get an answer that they would order new glass & I was told for months about supply delays felt like I was getting fobbed off & the girl who was dealing with me was 'never at her desk' & I had to call with a private number to get an answer. The glass turned up eventually & that was fine, I appreciate it being replaced but I was left with the original glass which I then had to pay to dispose of.

I bought two sets of doors at a great price which we are really pleased with. I asked a ton of questions & got really quick helpful replies & they went massively out of their way to deliver them to me a couple of days later (on a Saturday!) in London which enabled us to make progress on the project without delays. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend!

I think the true measure of a company is their after sales support, I bought a supply only Warmcore 4 pane Bi Fold door late last year and was very happy with the price, the customer care and the goods once delivered. As a result of my Builder not adjusting the doors correctly on installation (lesson = get experienced fitters for Warmcore) a few of the seals have become damaged. I contacted Aspects Doors and Windows to see if I could purchase replacements, that same evening I got a call from Chris to say they will sort and get in post to me asap at no cost. Just excellent customer care and excellent company.

I brought a warmcore patio door from Aspect and it was delivered and installed last week. The price was by far the best anywhere in the UK and the quality is superb. We are thinking of changing all our windows to warmcore after christmas so we definatly will be back for more.

I needed to order 22 windows of all different sizes, 2 x 3.0m bifold doors, composite front door and a back door. I sent the spec to 2 local companies and 2 internet. The two local companies were not interested and the other two supplied prices that were quite similar. I chose Aspect not only were they first to quote, their service and communication were by far superior. All of the products are of a very high standard and were a perfect fit. Any questions I had were answered straight away. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thank you Aspect.
