Dishonest Employees

One of their employees who had access to my credit card, took my card number and used my card at the gambling casino. I filed charges with the casino and my local sheriff. I'm sure he also steals money and never ships the products out - that's why people are not receiving their products. Probably a relative of the owner of the company.

Believe they’re out of business. FYI

I work close to this place and I do believe they are no longer is business. I see some of the comments and reviews and I’ve recently noticed that I haven’t seen cars in their lot for some time now. Couple weeks I’d say.

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. I spent 100 dollars and my products didn't arrive. I placed the order in September 2023.They don't respond to emails. I can't locate my order because when I enter the website it gives an error.

DO NOT BUY FROM

I wish I could give no stars. Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered from them months ago. My order has not shipped, I cannot login to check my status, no reply to my numerous emails. I feel so disappointed in them. I have lost hundreds of dollars. Do NOT buy from them.

Big disappointment

If I could I would not give them even one star.
Very bad experience. This company owes me money for the product I never received. I order a product that was captured by customs in the country I reside. Product was sent back and I was told by evitamins that as soon as they receive the product back I will receive a refund. Never heard from them since (roughly in October last communication if I remember correctly). They don't respond to my emails, nor I received any money. Very disappointing the least to say...

I'm very disappointed with eVitamins

I'm very disappointed with eVitamins. I bought some products in 2023 October 21and they didn't send. It's impossible to track, not even to enter my account (error 404). I registered my reclamation here in Brazil, and now I found this site TRUSTPILOT, and decided to post another out of my country.

Appalling Communication With Customers About Website and Orders Not Working

I currently live in Britain and have a regular order subscription with e-vitamins. In November 2023 (last month) my order was not sent. When I try to do anything on their website, I just get a '404 error' message. I have tried repeatedly to contact e-vitamins, but just got an automated response and no follow up. They might have gone out of business, but there is nothing on their website to acknowledge any problems. It seems as though they just don't care about their customers. Very disappointing.

It's a shame....

This website was my go-to for purchasing Ovasitol as I am based in the UK. I don't know what has happened to them recently but they have been unresponsive. I placed an order in October and by the beginning of December I still hadn't received any tracking info or anything to suggest the item had been posted. They are also unresponsive with their messages and I kept getting error 404 on their website. Thank God I paid by PayPal and requested a refund there. PayPal refunded me the money within 5 days. To save yourself the hassle, whatever you do, DO NOT order from them. They used to be excellent so I don't know what has happened to them. It's a shame.

ordered in september, contacted them in november asked where it is? reply was "they having supply issue"
Now cant login to my account to enquire again, so i have been blocked.

Order not dispatched and no customer service...

Put an order through in October and it hasn't been dispatched since. Have emailed the company for an update and there has been no response. I have used them before and never had a problem, but looking at other people's recent reviews something isn't right. I would strongly suggest you don't order from this company.

Thieves who won't reply to emails

I placed an order for two products in early October which have not been shipped now (late November) worth in total £39. I have emailed twice requesting a refund and no one has replied. As far as I'm concerned, this company has stolen from me and I demand my money back.

Maybe out of business

Definitely up with this company I've been ordering for them for a couple of years and been satisfied I mean one time six seven months ago they waited on my order to be shipped because of one back order I told him never to do that again and they honored that I was just wondering where my order was now about 2 weeks ago and this Alex got back to me saying you had some back orders and I said no I don't want you waiting ship it out never did so today on November 24th I spoke with my bank and we didn't see the charge there on October 18th of 23 so luckily my checking was not charged I'm going to call them back actually and see if I can flag this company to not charge it but it looks like they could be out of business I had to order from another company went with LifeSource very good reviews and I'm waiting for that order but yeah I'm all done with this company and I get the 404 error also in the phone numbers don't go through I'm sure the Attorney General would have some insight on this eventually

Like every other customer that can't get what was ordered

I made a purchase on October 27th and after a week and no tracking information I reached out to customer service and within 3 days received and email supposedly from Alex K and I thought we had reached a suitable resolution 2 days after that still no tracking information and now too my account is frozen and getting a 404 error. I just don't understand how back in June 2023 service was great product arrived safely without any problems! I've requested a refund and obviously that requested is like everything else with this company. Therefore ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scammers and complete waste of time!

The health supplement I was after comes from USA so is very difficult to buy in the UK. I chose eVitamins as I had used them before many years ago with no problems. I placed my order to USA and waited. Time went on and I almost forgot about my order. So I logged onto my account with them and found they had not even sent it out. The product shows in stock. I contacted them 3 times now and they never replied. This is absolutely rubbish customer service. Now I cannot even access my account, all I get is an Error code: 404. They have blocked me. Just like other customers have experienced, and are having the same problem as myself. Luckily I had used PayPal for the payment, and you can quite easily claim your money back , with no problem under PayPal Purchase Protection.
Buyer beware, do not use eVitamins.com. They are scammers and a complete waste of time. I will never use them again!
