This company is a scam. I paid for my flight with cancellations, then I tried to cancel my flight because of health issues and they never gave me my refund. There’s no customer service, no number to call, they’re using ChatGPT to reach out to me and it frustrating. I Never use this service again.

Friendly host and beautiful place to stay at Marshalls Ski Lakes and camp grounds. Very affordable and porto loo nice and clean. Highly recommend.

I wanted to purchase a 24 hour in advanced flight, I called rep to confirm. Trip was moved to 12 hours! Couldn’t make flight, I called not even 5-10 min after flight made. Didn’t get back over $1000 in flight. I paid insurance for each leg= 3 different airlines involved. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone or, still got the run around since it’s a “ 3rd party vendor”. The trips on the way back asked me to confirm if I was going. Why they had it confirmed for one way and not the other- that right there showed me that they could have easily refunded me but didn’t. They didn’t want to refund me also claiming that it’s within 48 hours- to change the time that their system generated eventhough I booked it more far-out.

Learned the hard way: will never go on this site which is a third party vender ever again - better pay my bucks for real quality than cheap over nonsense and headaches ( not to mention flight delays and would have encountered issues if not being able to get to the other countries because first flight delayed too long for the 2nd one to pick up). I didn’ttake the flights but got those notification so saw the Situation at hand

I put a star because I have to put something. This company is a BIG SCAM, DO NOT TRUST IT if you want to loose lots of money. I had to pay $350 just for my luggages but they charged me $58 extra anyway! I asked for a refund and they rejected because my suitcase was overweight!! My bag was almost empty and I have proof of it. They also asked me to check in my bag for every single flight and I was missing my last flight because of it when my bag was sent directly to the other flight, fortunately my sister make me get on the plane that she will deal with my bag and that save me for getting stuck paying more money on tickets on other companies. WORSE ACAM EVER! My $500 tickets ended up in $1000 dollar. I wish I can post the pictures I took to my bag because I was joking with my sister about my empty bag, amd this ‘company’ sended this to my: “ We’re reaching out to you because we’re unfortunately not able to get you a refund. As your concern is related to the baggage refund. We have checked the bags were successfully added by our end, you may have exceeded the weight or dimension of the bags, that is why you were charged at the airport. Hence, no further refund is possible for your booking.” 🤮

This company is a scam. They steal your money within a day, but when you ask for a refund because they sell you tickets you didn't want, they will not refund your money, they say wait 3 months and nothing happens

If I can give a negative number, I'll be glad to use the -5. The company is the worst type of scamming among the scam artist. Here's why.

We booked a vacation to Cancun, and saw a somewhat shady good deal. Wife pulled the trigger to save a few hundreds so we can enjoy the trip spending the saved money at the resort. We checked up on the flight in 2 weeks later, and discovered that the flight never existed! We called Volaris to confirm before we call Wiki, and Volaris acknowledged that the flight time and date NEVER EXISTED! We called and attempt to confirm with Wiki about the booked flight, with email confirmation and detail info. The person at the end of the line freaked out and hastily booked our flight WITHOUT PERMISSION! She booked our flight a full day early before we could stop her as she performed the booking while placing us in a call hold. She then provided us an updated info on the new flight that she booked from Volaris. She stated that Volaris would change flight without sending update to Wiki and the travelers. We recontacted Volaris to confirm such statement and Volaris said otherwise. Volaris also warned travelers to check the flight schedules after being booked, either from a third party or from its own website portal. Volaris also warns to check the flight info every one to two weeks to ensure nothing has changed. Any change of the flight would be notified to the traveler's provided info.

Seriously? A few people we knew also confirmed that their booked flight never existed as well and caused them to "transfer" and "miss their flights" because the info they received did not match up with the booked flight info and the airbus companies themselves. We asked for a refund like many others and Wiki claimed none of the flights were insured for a full refund? Huh? We have refunds during our booking. You're telling me I'm getting a ~$70 refund from a $700+ travel booking because of the company's inability to make proper booking with the airbus companies? I could have done a better job in booking with the main company and save more than Wiki can, with legit flights. Where do Wiki get their flight schedule from? AI predictive flight generated systems from existing legit flight sources?

Do take our mistakes booking via Wiki, like many other ahead of us that also traveled abroad.

Appalling company - i registered by mistake - they appear in search results giving impression they are something else. I unsubscribed in an email from them - i get a few calls from them every day for past 3 or 4 weeks. I block the numbers and sometimes answer to tell them do not ever call me again - they argue with arrogance that they are entitled to call me!. They continue to call me with new numbers. If they deal with a customer this way then you would be crazy to consider using them for financial services of any kind. Overbearing, arrogant, intensely annoying and persistently so reached out to hoskey team at proton dot me< to act on shutting them down and also help me withdraw my Trade Deposit Straight Out, Was indeed a lesson learnt.

Worst booking agency ever - They never provided me with airline reference for more than the time they suggested on their email resulting in further stress when booking. When I called them they wasted my time saying wait longer.

Wiki anything is garbage- absolutely no reliability whatsoever. I wouldn't be surprised if they employed BLM and antifa thugs.

Book at flight through wiki.com, got a reservation confirmation after fully paying for the flight. At the check in counter it turned out there was no reservation at the airline at all! They advised that they have had similar issues with a lot of other passengers, and that repayment, if at all, is very complicated and slow.
Do not use!!

I only wish I read these reviews before I booked our trip with kiwi.com I paid over $4,000 CAD and they offered me a refund of $14.65. I spoke with 3 agents all in the Pillipeans every agent explained our baggage limitations differently. After a week of trying to get accurate information from 7 different agents I find that our itinerary did not include checked baggage with one of the four airlines we will be flying with. As its imperative my traveling companions require checked baggage I have to buy it when I check in on the second leg of our flight Thai Lion Air. They insist if I buy check baggage I will invalidate the Kiwi Gauranty. I strongly advise against using this outfit as they do nothing for you other than read to you what you see on your ticket or read from a script. I which I have option to reject any star to this company wiki.com it is the worse company that I have deal with. False advertisements on there website, i search throw Skyscanner and I was directed to wiki, I buy the tickets from Mykonos to Madrid and I have one stop at Milan the first fly had luggage but the second one was never described on my Itinerary that luggage was NOT I pay to wiki €89.00 for two passengers luggage. I am the pain more money at Milan to Ryanair €80.00 because they did not add luggage on my second fly! Ridiculous.

I contact them and they put me on hold for 20 min because their manager was on a phone call I spend over in hour on the phone with them and they literally refuse to let me speak to a manager!

For my future flights that I have book Through them they refuse to add my fly booking number into my account with Ryanair just incase I have issues I rather deal directed with the airline.. for cancellation they will charge more than 20% of the ticket..

I do NOT recommend to book anything with wiki.com the three customer serves representes did not try to help me it all...

Worse company ever!

They double booked my flight from Santiago de compostela to Denver .and wouldn't rufund me.the flight itinerary was a nightmare. When you call customer service and get a call center in Bangalore india.this company is disreputable .I could say out right robbers.

DONT BOOK With They are a scammer’s.Can I change my booking even though I still have three months.I tried to cancel my flight with them. They won’t even give me half of my money back. They won’t even let me change again. And if I want to change anything they want to charge me a full amount of two tickets

i had a problem with my booking and i called to the customer support and Illy was very helpful and fixed everything for me.
