This company won't shut down their to porn spammers…
This company caters to porn spammers and does not care how many of their server IP address appear on blacklists. Complaint emails are never even responded to.
As far as I can tell the entire range of their IP addresses from 45*142*104*001 thru 45*142*104*255 are all blacklisted on at least UCEPROTECTL3. A UCEPROTECTL3 Blacklist works to flag IP Addresses from Internet Service Providers that have a bad reputation. It also maintains a report of subnets.
Spam reports were filed to their your abuse address many, many times. Not one was responded to - not even a canned message, nor was any actions taken even after it was pointed out that numerous IP addresses of theirs were showing up on email blacklists. I ended up having to file a complaint with IC3 as well. Complaints included reference numbers 7282377569, 7282377728, 7282377755, 7282377795, 7282509576, 7282797722, 7282809792, 7283075443, 7283075483, 7283294574, 7283294749, 7283302448, 7283309828, 7283309995, 7283825806, 7283826889, 7283833774, 7283844516, 7283845571, as well as numerous other emails to both your support and abuse addresses, as well as multiple complaints on the company's website contact form.
NOTHING changed as far as the spam attacks until I filed a complaint on here. I sincerely hope TrustPilot does not remove a review that points out a disturbing matter that took weeks to resolve and where I only received a response after this complaint was posted online.
By the way - the underage porn spammer's website is also flagged by various antivirus programs as a "URLphishing" site.
09/20/2023 update - despite the claims of the company the spammer has once again started using their services for porn spams to addresses that include children.
10/04/2023 update - It appears the company has taken care of the spam issue with their client, who has now moved to other servers, mainly one located in Russia. The last batch of porn spams from their server was on 09/20 and I have been in direct contact with one of their reps who has assured me the situation has been taken care of, so I updated my review to 3 stars.
November update. This company seems to have improved their spam user abuse. Because of this I have updated them to 4 stars. They get an extra star for effort, though it sure was an issue to get the ball rolling!

I wanted to get back to you about the Trustpilot review. It is not true that we respond only after this rating, we can not respond to all abuse reports by mail. We process them accordingly, but do not give a response. This we change now - We give from now on a corresponding feedback so that users do not think we would not care as in this case.
In this case we blocked the network from the servers after the first reports and contacted the customer, they said they would take care of it, so we unblocked it. After it happened again we locked the servers again and completely reinstalled, then unlocked again. The third time we completely locked the server.
