Really slow and waste of money
I've bought it and it is really really slow, winninghunter doesn't function good because it is so slow. Used it for maybe 5-10 minutes and I told them i won't use this tool because it's not efficient. Speed in work is important especially in Ecom. Asked for a refund, looked like they would give it but afterwards they just offered credits. What am i going to do with credits? I will never use this app again. I also don't advice it. It's really bad and slow. Also they react on discord after 1/2 days. Really slow too.

I've talked to them for a refund and first they declined and offered only credit. After I placed a honest review they wanted to refund me. But i should delete my review. I told them to first refund me but they started threatening me with a lawyer and it would cost a few hundreds etc. Really childish owners. They really like to threaten a customer. I also got screenshots of this. They told me they would get all my information and there lawyer would charge me for the damage.

At the time of your trial, we were in the middle of a major server migration and infrastructure update, which unfortunately caused temporary slowdowns for some users during that specific window. This has since been fully resolved.

To be unequivocally clear: no legal threats were ever made. We have never threatened any customer with a lawyer, demanded personal information, or attempted to intimidate anyone. These allegations are entirely fabricated.
What actually happened: a refund was requested. Our team initially offered credits, which the customer refused. We then agreed to process a full refund. At that point, the request shifted to conditioning the refund on the deletion of this review — which we cannot do, as it violates Trustpilot's own guidelines.
