Very prompt postage and good communications would recommend for future purchases

This is the second time ive bought stuff from you guys can't fault the service especially since fanatec stuff is still a little awkward to source not many retailers sell the stuff ive even bought oem parts which has helped massively in keeping costs down. Definitely won't be the last time I buy from here

Ordered the club sport dd+, v3 pedals and csl wheel late on a Saturday. Was delivered Tuesday lunch time. Fast delivery. Everything was well packaged. Can’t complain at all.

Contacted the team to see if my son could spend some time on the flight Sim for his birthday. They were really helpful and came up with a package for him and 3 friends to use the rigs for an hour and a half at a reasonable price. They were really helpful talking the boys through how to work the controls and adjusting the pedals etc, and calm with the kids even though the boys were getting a bit excited racing each other around the tracks! We could watch the race on another screen. My son then had a go on the flight simulator which he absolutely loved!!!

Had a fault with a Fanatec wheel purchased through Sim demon. All the staff were really helpful polite and professional. The wheel has now been replaced with the help from Sim Demon. An extra thank you to Jakob. Kept me informed throughout. Great service

My 13 year old son is proper made up with his xbox f1 bundle. Originally bought one from Fanatec directly but unfortunately due to confusing advertising we ended up with the wrong one. Fanatec eventually rectified this issue, thankfully and we recieved the refund. Thank you sim demons for supplying the rig we wanted

Awesome experience buying with SIM Demon! First time I have purchased with this company before. I made my purchase after the cut off for next day delivery by about 2 hours. I cheekily asked if there was any chance they could post it same day still. Jakob responded really quickly advised me the warehouse team had finished but that he would go and pack my order and make sure it was shipped for next day delivery! Absolutely first class service and now I know where I will be buying all my sim racing gear from in the future!

Ordered clubsport shifter v 1.5 , received the latest version with different H pattern knob, for more Grip. Have been very impressed with my orders and price so far. Recommend 👍
