Impressive first contact
Callum who came round from Evolve was great from start to finish. He contacted me the day before to confirm what time he would arrive, very punctual arriving at the exact time. He explained exactly what he would be doing from start to finish so I was fully aware what he would be doing. He was polite throughout, thorough and a pleasure to talk to. Excellent service and expert advice from Tim
We had Tim visit our home today to conduct a survey to see whether a heat pump or storage heaters would be a viable option for us. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Tim is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field. He took the time to talk us through the entire process from start to finish, and carefully explained in detail exactly how the different systems work. What we appreciated most was that he genuinely seemed to value our opinions, especially when it came to discussing the positioning and locations of the heaters. He listened to our needs and made sure the proposed solutions would actually work for our living space.

Before today I was considering…
Before today I was considering cancelling my install as I didn't know what to expect and i thought the house was going to be turned upside down with wiring showing everywhere and that they would also be picking holes in everything. How wrong was I?
Callum came and talked me through the process and answered all the questions I had and even got photos sent over (I'm a visual person) of what the batteries and wiring would like.

Excellent service for my Home Grant survey
I recently had Rhis from Evolve come out to my property to carry out a survey for the Home Grant program, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. He arrived on time, he’s very polite and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what the survey covered and how it relates to the grant requirements. No question was too much trouble, and he made the whole process feel straightforward rather than confusing.
It’s such a relief to deal with a company that is reliable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’d absolutely recommend Evolve to anyone looking to apply for the Home Grant or needing property surveys — great work!
