Very disappointing experience. I bought a necklace here in May 2025 as a gift for my niece, within about 9 months of normal wear, the gold plating had almost completely worn off.

When I contacted Susmies, they were initially helpful and confirmed in writing that they'd process a full refund. The next day, they reversed that decision, claiming a "180-day technical limitation" on their returns platform.

That excuse doesn't hold up: under Spanish law (RDL 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2019/771), consumer goods carry a 3-year statutory conformity guarantee. A third-party tool's 180-day cutoff has no bearing on that. More importantly, they'd already confirmed the refund in writing and then went back on it.

Disappointing both in product quality and in how a confirmed commitment was handled.

I live in Portugal and want to return a top, however i gave up because they will charge me 15 euros to return a product,so i would only receive 25 euros (i paid 45 total with shipping). Portugal and Spain are literally beside each other on the map, there’s packages coming back and forth everyday from these countries. So it makes no sense to charge 15 euros to return it and charge less for more distant countries.

Besides all that, the quality is really low. Shein level for 40 euros is absurd.

Review on the jewelry. It is absolutely gorgeous jewelry however for the price it is crazy bad quality hence the 3 stars. Beautiful but cheap cheap quality

Unbelievably bad customer service!! Avoid at all costs!! I purchased two scarves which I bought solely due to a discount they were running when you buy 2. After waiting over two weeks they finally update me that one of them had sold out and will no longer be able to honor the discount since I hadn’t purchased two. Will never support these people again.

Ordered the Solaeda dress (black and red floral print) for a wedding and it’s lovely! Shipping took around 2 weeks to arrive to the Netherlands.

I’m 163cm tall, 65kg, and curvy and it fits perfectly with heels. My measurements are 97cm hips, 77 waist, 92 bust and got an M.

The only thing is it doesn’t have a zip so getting it over my shoulders and chest was scary, so if you’re bigger chested/shoulders I’m not sure if it will slide over.

Very lightweight fabric and soft, and the open back is everything. The only thing is the line down the middle looks a lil cheap but just needs good accessories.

I have ordered more than once and it has always been great. However, in my last order they sent the wrong top, but they solved it immediately. I am very happy with the service. It is one of the most original brands right now whenever I wear their earrings or tops, someone always asks me where they are from.

I never received my purchase and after two emails to ask for support, no reply.

I purchased a scarf for my daughter from Susmies as a gift, she absolutely loves it and gets lots of compliments on it. There was an issue with delivery delay and I was very concerned, however the customer service team were excellent throughout and it was all resolved. I could not praise the team enough as I was offered every solution but didn’t need any in the end.

They will use scripted same irresponsible replies to the honest reviews about tariff and product quality. Guess what, this review will be also commented like ‘we can’t do anything about it’ YES YOU GUYS CAN

There are so many European/Spain brands that take responsibilities for this tariff situation. But they won’t and let their customers get significant unexpected cost charge.

Like everyone else here, I experienced undisclosed import fees of over 50% of my order cost. If I didn’t pay them, not only would my entire order be abandoned by the shipping company, my credit score would be affected. It’s obvious from the numerous similar comments that they know this transparency is an issue, but would prefer that to losing out on international $$$. Now cue the company comment about how it’s mentioned at the bottom of their FAQs and there’s a tiny note on their shipping options page. Lets just be straight up, if they wanted to be more transparent, there’s a million ways they could be (presenting you with a tariff estimation, popup before placing order etc) and I’ve ordered from many small international brands who have been SO much more honest.

Good company , had an issue on the delivery side of things but they sorted it all out for me - very good of them , good customer service

My daughter ordered two tops from this company and probably two months later. They finally show up with a COD ‘tariff’ fee that we were not told of upon ordering. Now we are out the $90 cost of the tops because we refused the $50 extra fee upon arrival. This site is a total scam, stay away!!!!
